Studio Loft #308 offers:
• 800 square feet with two bed zones, two bathrooms and a living space with kitchenette, all in a two-story open studio space.
• Downstairs are twin beds, separated from the living space area by a pony wall and tall bookshelf/ cabinet with television.
• Downstairs are the living space, and kitchenette. The living space has two sofas and trundle beds, television, and DVD player. Upstairs is a queen bed, bathroom and television. There is also a portable AC unit.
• The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and a stove top. There is no oven. The dining table seats four.
• There are two private bathrooms. The lower-level bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.
• The studio loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

Nestled on the slopes of the Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort, this open-space studio loft condominium offers a blend of comfort and convenience for your mountain getaway.

The bottom level is an all-open space, including a living area, kitchenette, and a bed area with twin beds. The twin beds are cleverly separated by a pony wall in a tall cabinet, ensuring privacy. The cabinet also houses a television for the twin bed users.

Adjacent is the well-equipped kitchenette with all the utensils you need for your stay. It includes a large refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and a range top. There is no oven.

The living area has two stylish gray sofas with trundle beds, providing additional sleeping options. A coffee table adds to the convenience. There also is a portable air conditioning unit for summer that can help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.

While gathering in the living area, enjoy wonderful views of the mountain, the Wa She Shu lift and a big part of the resort base, including the iconic KT 22 lift.

Upstairs you’ll find plenty of space with a queen bed, desk, and a comfy chair across from the very large wall-mounted television creating the great escape zone! There is also another full bathroom.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals HOA amenities include a large gym, steam room and sauna, plus indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a summer pool. A short stroll takes you to the Village at Palisades Tahoe with great après and dining experiences. You will find shopping too, in case you need a gift or a little something for yourself.

In the summer, take advantage of the swimming pool at Palisades Tahoe Lodge to add some relaxing to your vacation. If you are looking for more, it is a quick drive to nearby summer Tahoe golf courses. You are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
