"Overall the hotel is nice and clean and good location. The staff were very nice and overall helpful. I am disappointed by a situation. The family room as advertised stated sleeps 4 and pictures a bunk bed. When we arrived we were told the bunks were only for certain age and would not accommodate our teenage children. "Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had!
