The hotel itself wasn’t dirty. The staff was awesome.. just can use more smell goods in the hallway and better cleaning services the hallways were filthy the carpet in the room when you took your socks off felt oily and greasy maybe a deep carpet clean

Everything was good except the pool for extremely cold and kids didn’t want to get in. Other guests were there too and complaining of same issue. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. It was just warm. They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never ...
