"So new, built 2023! Love the easy, free parking with permit, there were large hotel trollies for use getting luggage in and out, the room and bathroom are exquisite in terms of cleanliness and design, very calming and very spacious, I wish I could stay longer. "The thermostat was malfunctioning — and we had to call the front desk in the early morning hours. After turning the breaker on and off multiple times — and the front desk worker coming in to observe the unit, she told us we couldn’t be moved after requesting to relocate. "Next time as a courtesy, it would be nice to know if our room that we will be staying in is going to be right next-door to the laundry room. Our stay was quiet and pleasant for the most part, however we were woken up about 3 or 4 AM to the sound of slamming of washer and dryer doors next to us which caused the pictures in our room to shake and wake us up."
