The space

Serra has terracotta floors, lime-washed walls, shaded patios, and countryside views create a calm, grounded atmosphere where adults and children can relax. Designed with children in mind, the houses are safe, peaceful, and full of space to play and unwind.



Features a super king bed, a walk-in shower with natural products, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy living area, a shaded terrace, a cosy log fire, and toys for little ones. Interiors blend natural linens, lime-washed walls, and handmade local pieces, with every detail chosen for comfort and sustainability.



The house sits in the rolling countryside of the eastern Algarve. Tucked away and peaceful, it’s surrounded by gentle hills, olive and carob trees. Yet Faro Airport and the coast are just 25 minutes away, so you can enjoy country living close to sandy beaches, idyllic islands, and excellent restaurants.

- A full-size, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and coffee pods — ideal for slow mornings or family meals



- A beautifully appointed bathroom featuring a generous walk-in shower, freestanding bath, and natural, locally inspired bath products subtly fragranced to reflect the garden’s notes of rosemary, lime, and lemon



- A separate master bedroom with a super king bed (180 × 200 cm) dressed in premium linen and washed cotton. Option of a rollaway bed and/or cot for little ones



- A warm and inviting living room with dining table, linen sofa (which converts to an additional bed), and a cosy log fire for winter evenings



- A spacious hallway — perfect for storing prams, beach bags, jackets, hats, and sandy shoes



- Luxury soft towels, plus pool and beach towels, handy parasols and cool-bags for trips to the nearby beaches



- A private shaded outdoor pergola with table and chairs for alfresco dining after a day exploring the local area and to while away the summer evenings whilst little ones play or sleep nearby.



- Access to a large shared (with one other house) garden with lots of secret shady spots and swimming pool (9x4m) to cool down in the hot summer months.



- Complimentary family and baby essentials available on request, including bath, toilet seat, step stools, and high chair — so you can travel light and relax more.



- In the cooler months, it is also wonderfully cosy with the log fire.
