Our stay was short but enjoyable. We booked two rooms and had an issue with one. There were dried dead bugs under the air conditioner and live crawling, large water bugs in the room. Lovely little place in nowhere Texas. Will be returning soon for another get away weekend. Some of the roads to the property are quite steep and unpaved, not a negative just something to be aware of.
