We live nearby in a tiny house, so when my mom and brother came to visit there was no way all of us were fitting under that one tiny roof. We booked Karen's cabin for them, and it turned into the best part of their trip.Karen's hospitality was incredible. My family felt like they were home, not like they were renting someone's listing, and that is a hard thing for a host to pull off. The cabin is every bit as beautiful as the photos. The beds are SUPER comfortable and they both slept really well. There is a grill, an outdoor shower, and the whole place is set up for people who want to slow down and relax. The view is the showstopper. There are two beautiful outdoor spaces to relax including a covered porch for morning coffee or afternoon shade, and an open seating area that overlooks the Suwannee unimpeded. We sat out there in the evenings watching the sturgeon jump, the gators swim past, and the boats go by. If you have never seen a Suwannee sturgeon launch itself out of the water, this is the place to see it.Everything about this stay was fantastic. I cannot believe this is Karen's first review, because this cabin deserves a wall of them. We will be booking it again the next time family comes to town, and I may book it for us just to sit by that river for a weekend because it's that perfect. Thank you, Karen!!
