"Older, outdated hotel, though the floor had just been redone. Terrible mattresses. Heat/AC sounded like a B2 bomber. Toilet lid couldn't open all the way because of recently installed counter behind it. Had to maneuver under said counter to flush the top-mounted flush buttons on the toilet. If you're on the 4th floor you have to use a wheelchair lift to get there unless you want to drag your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Layout was weird and confusing.
