"Older, outdated hotel, though the floor had just been redone. Terrible mattresses. Heat/AC sounded like a B2 bomber. Toilet lid couldn't open all the way because of recently installed counter behind it. Had to maneuver under said counter to flush the top-mounted flush buttons on the toilet. Family suite provided plenty of space, and we had a good time playing cards on the 6-person dining table, but make sure you call the front desk to book a suite away from Grand Avenue. The staff were super helpful and accommodating by helping me print a resume and with check in. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated."
