Experience an ocean view at this newly updated and furnished condo at Ocean Landing, ideally situated for your Old Orchard Beach vacation! Located on the second floor, this immaculate unit is just steps away from seven miles of sandy beach and conveniently close to downtown and the pier.

The condo features a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, along with essential amenities such as air conditioning, heating, internet access, a smart TV, linens, towels, free on-site laundry facilities, and two reserved parking spaces. Relax on the comfortable patio set on the deck while enjoying the beautiful ocean view—everything you need for a wonderful getaway is included.

This condo is ideal for a single person, a couple, or a small family. It features a queen-sized bed and a new full-size pull-out memory foam sofa bed for children or guests.

Please note that active train tracks are located directly behind the building, which is part of Old Orchard Beach's unique charm. The Amtrak Downeaster operates on a published schedule from 5:30 AM to midnight, while freight trains run at random times during the day and night. Don’t hesitate—book your stay today!

It's amazing how the owners have managed to beautifully fit everything you need into a space that was once just a hotel room. And the view from the porch can't be beat! The weekend noise level from souped up cars, loud motercycles, and trains that run behind the condo was new for us. Once we accepted it as part of the OOB charm, we got used to it. Being within walking distance of all attractions is the trade off, and well worth it!Something that was difficult to get used to was the poor WIFI, which is prevelant in most of Maines' coastal towns. It is totally not the fault of the very conscientious owners; There are simply not enough cell phone towers in coastal Maine.Having 2 parking spaces and access to the downstairs rec room with laundry machines, ping pong table, additional bathroom and couches adds to the value of this rental.The owners Patti and John are terrific, and extremely communitive. We were happy to meet them in person.

Great Condo at Old Orchard Beach

The condo was great. It was meticulous and tastefully decorated. It had not only what you would expect and then some. The location was ideal with the beach so close. The patio was nice to sit and relax. A great find and will be back next year.

Long Weekend Away

We picked a good one when we pick Pattie and John’s little gem by the Ocean! We loved the location as it was only a short walk or drive to anything we wanted to do. John gave us great recommendations to go to Two Lights State Park and Portland Headlight. Great places for a short or long hike. We had beautiful weather and a Corvette gathering that we lived watching cars go by!!

Fun Beach getaway

Patti & John are the best. They are super accommodating. Everything was perfect. They designed their room to perfection, giving you enough room to relax on the comfy couch, and a nice little dining room table to eat at after you cook your meal. We both have food restrictions and allergies so we do a lot of our own cooking and it was perfect. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation. K&J

July OOB Stay

Pattie and John were great at communicating from the start! They let us know the condo was ready early, which was very generous. The condo itself is perfect for a couple or small family. The condo has an ocean view, is across the street from the beach, and is walking distance to the pier. The patio set was nice for when we put our baby boy to bed and wanted to stay up a little longer. The condo was very clean and had enough clean towels and other linens to last the week. Appreciated we didn’t need to bring our own like other places require. The train tracks do run right behind the condo, which is the case for anywhere you stay on that side of the street, but it didn’t bother us since we brought a big fan and sound machine. Great stay overall and definitely recommend!

Perfect mini vacation

We stayed 3 nights in OOB for a quick family getaway. The condo was so cute and immaculate. Had everything we needed as a family of 4. You can see the beach from the deck and walk to the Pier. Truly the perfect location! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely relaxing trip

The host was the best I've worked with yet. Very sweet, quick responses and so helpful. I had an issue with the app and couldn't view my reservation. I had to message her several times and she never came across bothered. The condo was lovely! I could've sat on the deck and people watched all day. Location was amazing with just a short walk to the beach and a few minute walk to the pier just enough to get out of the craziness of downtown but close enough to walk to. The parking was a key factor as there is very little parking availability. Overall my husband and I loved our short get away. We'll definitely plan on coming back and staying longer.

Perfect condo- size and location
