This updated condo sleeps 6 comfortably and features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, in-unit laundry, a pristine & contemporary kitchen equipped with all modern appliances and dishes for a service of 6, queen bedding, indoor pool, sauna, fitness room, 2 parking spots (one on site & one remote), cable, high speed internet, central heat, central a/c and so much more!!

    World Famous Old Orchard Pier: The World Famous Pier is home to fantastic foods, exciting entertainment venues and super shopping boutiques! Extending more than four hundred feet into the Atlantic Ocean from the heart of Old Orchard Beach, the Pier offers daily entertainment in its many Nightclubs, great tasting foods and local cuisines in several Restaurants, fine gifts and novelty shopping, and Watercraft rentals for those seeking adventure on the high seas!

This condo is an absolute must for anyone looking to stay at old orchard! The kids and I were able to do just about everything that’s offered by the pier in one day!We had such a good time and with the position and views this condo offers it’s a once in a lifetime unforgettable experience!!We strongly recommend anyone staying here :)

The space was huge and lovely! We loved the multiple porches and had a great time. One thing would be to have beach chairs/beach equipment in the unit for people to utilize during their stay.

We had a wonderful stay even though the weather wasn’t great. Our host was amazing and responded quickly and was so kind. The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. I would recommend anyone looking for a place on the beach to stay here! 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and comfortable condo in a fun area!

The unit was spacious and very comfortable for a nice family get together. Beautiful views of both ocean and pier. Enjoyed listening to music from the balcony. Only constructive criticism would be a more complete description location…(Grand Victorian) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks so much!

Fantastic stay!

This is my second time staying at Brianna's condo. It was just as wonderful as it was the first time. Perfect location just next to the beach. Check-in was easy and quick. Very comfortable living space and bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Love hearing the music on the deck from the Myst downstairs and watching everyone on the Pier. Perfect beach vacation.

My husband and I went for a long weekend. My family were camping near by. This condo was perfect. Nicely decorated and up to date. The owner was quick getting back to me when I had a question. Check-in was super easy. We hope to rent from her in the future. Highly recommend.

Birthday getaway

The condo was in a perfect location, for a late summer long weekend. The amenities of the condo, were really nice. The size of the condo was great. Very spacious living space. The beds were a little small, and primary bath could have been a little cleaner, and bigger shower. The two decks were amazing. Kitchen had everything you needed, and was a good size. Loved the 3 sided table, and living room furniture. Very comfortable.

The condo had a fantastic cross breeze that was helpful when the AC froze up. The Owner worked tirelessly to ensure the equipment was serviced and also went the extra mile to have a portable AC brought in.

Convenience by the ocean

This property was perfect for our week long stay at old orchard beach. We had a one year old baby with us so the close proximity to the beach and ease of being able to come and go off the beach with just a short walk through the parking lot was crucial. well updated kitchen with the basics but if you plan to do a lot of cooking may consider bringing some of your own stuff (cutting board, sharp knives being two things we felt the absence of). Overall very nice property and the perfect location for our vacation. Walking distance to attractions/restaurants and the pier is right outside the building-we enjoyed some of the live entertainment from the balcony and overall the noise wasn’t too bad.

Everything at your fingertips!

The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect for those wanting close proximity to ocean views and downtown. We chose this property for its beauty and convenience, and we were not disappointed. Our goal was to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. That is just what we did. The condo owner was attentive and responsive which we appreciated. We will be back!
