"The room was clean & you could tell it was recently updated. Parking was very convenient & the hotel was in a pretty nice location. The room was pretty expensive, but was the cheapest in the area. Outdoor pool was decent, pool was nice enough. The pics of the property are a little but of a catfish type situation lol. But overall good, no major notes."

"The room was clean and comfortable. It looks just as described. Staff friendly. I think it was very affordable and close to everything we wanted to see. It is a real gem. My only issue was the beach access- we only seen a private entrance to it but we didn’t ask if we were allowed to use it. I would definitely stay again!"

"Stayed here for a weekend and when we checked-in the room did not seem fully cleaned, such as not many toiletries and definitely not properly vacuumed. It wasn’t horrible but noticeable. I booked for 3 people in a double room and they didn’t seem to have prepared for that or noted it, so we had to ask for some extra stuff such as pillows and towels. The bathroom was okay, not in the most modern best shape and only given very little in hygienic items (toilet paper and soap). There was AC but the...

"Check-in was a breeze. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful with restaurant ideas for dinner. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner/heater was easy to use. It’s in a great location to the airport."

"We love how big the rooms are with amazing views of the bay. The beach area is well-maintained and the free breakfast is appreciated although there could be a better assortment of foods. Great hotel for families, located close to many things to do for kids in the area. The outdoor pool was being serviced while we were there so was no water in it or the hot tub which was disappointing. This is our 2nd time staying here and we would go back, the kids love it there."

"The steakhouse in the casino was absolutely wonderful. The casino is very small and the entertainment was set up so no one could sit down and enjoy. The bars that didn't have gambling machines only had a couple of chairs. It is very obvious they do not want anyone to sitting except infront of a machine or gambing tables."

"My parents, daughter and I stayed in two rooms for 5 days in March during a family reunion, and enjoyed our visit. We especially appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was, the tasty weekday breakfasts, and being able to see the bay from our balcony. We also had a great supper one evening and buffet breakfast on Saturday in the ParkShore Restaurant on site. It was only an 10 minute drive into the downtown Front Street! Wonderful place to stay, and would highly recommend!"

"Great Hotel with nice room, good customer service and a good breakfast. The room was good size. There were a couple of small issues that we reported to them and they apologized and said they would fix them right away. The location was convenient and quiet. I would stay again and recommend it."

"The shuttle driver was awesome best shuttle driver ever we had a delay and he picked us up later than the scheduled ride he is a life saver.The staff was very great as well totally recommend not to mention the beds so soft and comfortable !"
