One of the property's most remarkable features is its location right at the water's edge, providing spectacular morning sun, peaceful afternoons, and panoramic views across Fourth Lake. Relax on the screened-in front porch where you'll feel as though you're sitting on a boat, or gather around the outdoor fire pit to enjoy unforgettable Adirondack evenings beneath the stars.

Inside, the spacious great room showcases the home's original stone wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, large picture windows overlooking the lake, and a Smart TV, creating a warm and inviting gathering space throughout every season. The newly updated, fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless, while the lakeside dining room provides beautiful water views for every meal.

The first floor features two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. Sleeping accommodations include one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, and one bedroom with a double futon, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests.

Outside, guests enjoy a private sandy beach, ideal for swimming, launching kayaks, or simply relaxing by the water. Fourth Lake provides endless opportunities for boating, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and exploring the entire Fulton Chain of Lakes. During winter, the Adirondacks become one of the Northeast's premier snowmobile destinations. With more than 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails nearby, along with downhill skiing at McCauley Mountain, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice fishing, The Palmer House provides an exceptional home base for winter recreation.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, original wood-burning stone fireplace, Smart TV, WiFi, washer and dryer, screened-in lakeside porch, private sandy beach, fire pit, propane grill, and drip coffee maker.

Please note that propane is not inventoried. A full propane tank cannot be guaranteed upon arrival, and guests are not required to refill the tank before departure.
