"I stayed at this hotel for a week due to my husband being air lifted from our home town to Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue. The staff here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are very clean & nice. They don't have breakfast but you can buy vouchers for Woods Coffee next door. It's a good deal & their coffee drinks & food are delicious. I would highly recommend the Hotel 116!"

"The breakfast was limited. Nothing hot, our choices were yogurt, cereal, Cheerios, raisin bran, & 3 other kinds. 3 different bagels, english muffins & apple & orange juice & coffee with just half & half. We enjoyed it, but a waffle would have been good. It was disappointing to see that the hallway carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time & most of the glass entry doors were filthy. Our room seemed ok clean, it is an older hotel. Would I stay there again, maybe if I was...

"This has been THE most pleasant stay experience! The location is beautiful, and the environment at both inside and out super comfy and inviting. We were welcomed by Randal who was able to check us in super early and tell us about amazing amenities available - from restaurants on site to free champagne any time we stopped by the front desk and the late night pantry closet with snacks! "We stayed 4 nights. Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. The only two things that made me not rate excellent was, hot tub jets didn’t seem to work or was really weak, and room temp would reset back to 75 in the middle of the night… no matter how many times we reset it. It would get so hot, and interrupt sleep. We could have asked for help but we were mostly out all day and only returned later for sleeping or quick nap. Other than this, great stay. "
