Villa Paradise boasts 300 m2 of living space and a 2000 m2 garden. The spacious villa features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. The comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation also includes soundproofing and a fireplace. This villa is allergy-free and non-smoking and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious walk-in closet, perfect for organizing your shoes and jackets. Descending the stairs reveals an excellently designed space. On this level, you will find a bright and inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a stunning game room, a functional office area with access to the terrace, a room with a modern bathroom, and a spacious terrace adorned with a large dining table for up to 12 guests. On the same level, but on the side, there is an outdoor oasis with a barbecue and a cozy fireplace, nestled in the background with a sea view. This house offers a variety of environments to suit every mood, ensuring that every desire is fulfilled with elegance and comfort.

On the first floor of the house, you will discover the luxurious main suite, along with a spacious living room, including a sofa that effortlessly converts into a double bed 140x180 cm. Next to the living room, which has access to the terrace there is a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed measuring 180x200 cm and a well-equipped private walk-in bathroom. The second room offers a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, and next to it is a walk-in bathroom. On the first flor also you can find a third room with 2 single beds measuring 90x200 cm.

On the second floor of the house, you will find a rooftop communal terrace with stunning panoramic views of Drvenik and Šolta. This floor also features two elegantly decorated bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed measuring 200x200 cm, and the other a spacious bedroom with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and a comfortable sofa measuring 90x200 cm (which can be transformed into a sleeping area for an additional guest), as well as a baby cot. Each room has its own walk-in bathroom. Also on this floor is a jacuzzi.

The basement consists of an indoor and outdoor area. The indoor area features a Finnish sauna, a bathroom, a relaxation area with a refrigerator, a gym, and each part has access to the courtyard with a pool measuring 65 m2 or the sea. The outdoor area of the basement features a large outdoor jacuzzi and 10 sun loungers where you can spend time sunbathing. For the youngest guests, there is a children's playground with facilities for small football, a slide, and basketball. Villa Paradise offers its guests the use of a jet ski for a maximum of 1 hour per day. For gastronomes, there is an outdoor barbecue where you can prepare various delicacies. Parking is available for up to 4 cars.

The garden, adorned with tall palm trees, provides a peaceful oasis where you can enjoy the warmth of the sun and the gentle rustling of leaves overhead.
