Located in the historic Linwood neighborhood, the home is on a quiet, corner lot. The neighbors have lived in the area for years and like to keep an eye on things. A few neighbors have dogs, so you might hear them in the backyard every so often. The OKC Fire Dept. Ladder 14 is a block away, so don't be alarmed if you hear fire truck sirens. During your stay, be sure to get out and explore some of OKC's best restaurants and antique shopping!
The apartment is completely private! There is one exterior access door (no shared walls or access from main house). With self check-in, two guests will have access to the entire studio apartment and very small outdoor area just outside the exterior door.

The apartment is on the same property as the Main House.
The apt. shares trash/recycling bins and outdoor parking area.
OFF-LIMITS:
The garage and owner's storage room is off-limits.
No access to main house or courtyard area (inside iron fence).

HOME TRUTHS:
- The bathroom doesn't have a door lock.
- The kitchen/dining area floor slopes down ever so slightly
- There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom
- The bedroom stays a little warmer in summer/cooler in winter
- No dishwasher. A dish pan, soap and sponge are provided.
- No laundry access. A laundromat is nearby!
- This is an old home addition. It is drafty & treated for pests monthly, but there could still be an occasional tiny spider or dead bug.
- No street parking
- Starter supplies (trash bags, pods, etc.) provided & will need to be replenished during your stay
While there are no sidewalks, the neighborhood culture encourages walking and biking. On any given day, you'll see neighbors out with their families or walking their dogs. The EMBARK bus stop is a block away and provides reliable transportation services for neighbors and tourists alike. Like most urban areas, having a vehicle is the easiest way to explore OKC.
We're looking at you...yes, YOU! We use Truvi's Know Your Guest tool as part of our guest screening process. Truvi is a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. When you make the booking, Truvi will send you a text/email complete the ID Verification.
Your booking confirmation will also include a link to the Rental Agreement. The primary renter must agree to abide and follow these terms and conditions during the entire stay (& share these terms and conditions with all other guests).
*Your booking is NOT confirmed until the ID Verification and Rental Agreement requirements have been fulfilled. These steps need to completed within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and free up those dates for other guests.
We get it, accidents happen. As part of your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee is included to cover accidental damage that may occur during your visit. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $300. Please note, this waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly plan for any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. Rest easy—reporting accidental damage won’t affect your stay, thanks to our damage waiver coverage. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this damage waiver.
PET FEE - One dog is allowed with prior host approval. The fee is $95 for up to 7 nights. For pet stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee of $15 per night will be collected after the first week. Let us know about your dog when booking so we can plan accordingly.
OPTIONAL FEES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee:
* Dog Crate Rental - as low as $15/crate/day, based on the size of the crate.
* Early Check-In - $35/hour. Must be pre-approved by the host. Non-refundable.
* Late Check-Out - $35/hour. Must be pre-approved by the host. Non-refundable.
The home is treated for pests quarterly. In the spring/summer, the yard/garden has sprinklers that turn on in the morning, every other day. The lawn is mowed weekly (mid-week), weather permitting.
