Esta encantadora casa de vacaciones se encuentra junto a la casa de campo del propietario, situada en 2 acres en una zona rural y en una ubicación excelente para explorar las atracciones y el impresionante paisaje que esta parte del país tiene para ofrecer. Peartree Cottage tiene su propio patio privado y un vallado jardín cerrado con una puerta que conduce a la pradera de flores silvestres que los huéspedes pueden recorrer libremente. También se ha presentado con un premio de VisitEngland Gold. Okehampton está a poca distancia y tiene acceso al Parque Nacional Dartmoor con su espectacular paisaje. También a poca distancia se encuentran las playas de arena de Bude, los pintorescos puertos pesqueros de Port Isaac y Boscastle, los espectaculares paseos por la costa, numerosos senderos para bicicletas o un día en la península de Hartland, visitando el faro y el pueblo histórico de Clovelly. A wonderful place. Everything was besutiful and welcoming. A beautiful place. Really enjoyed the new laid eggs and biscuits. A lovely surprise. A beautiful garden that despite rain was too tempting to avoid a walk to see all the little surprises. Far exceefed expectations.

Our stay at Peartree Cottage was the best part of our holiday. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated and cosy, perfect for the complete rest that we needed. Consequently, we didn't stray far, but there are beautiful walks locally and many attractions within a short drive. No-one would be disappointed with this accommodation. A very warm welcome from Mavis. Lovely welcome gifts. The cottage was the best we have stayed in and had everything we needed, 'a home from home'. Very comfortable bed and lounge seating. Garden and meadow good for the dog. Excellent location and very quiet.

Lovely cottage and very pleasant owners.

Lovely cottage and very pleasant owners. Will visit again but prefer Saturday start date, not Friday. Wifi intermittent as shared with owners. Only a problem as one of the party was a GP and needed to do referral letters, check blood tests etc. Yes, even on holiday! Otherwise, a lovely cottage to holiday in!
