Ojai Valley - Pool and Pickle Ball

This fully renovated farmhouse, situated on two private acres in the Upper Ojai Valley, is the perfect escape from city life. The property offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest, providing the perfect place to both relax and play. 2 Private Acres: 50’ Pool + Spa Pickleball Court Outdoor Kitchen + Fire Pit + BBQ + Pizza Oven Yoga Room or Massage Room or Office Horseshoe + In Ground Trampoline + Tree Swing Main House: Master Bedroom - King Bed Guest Room 1 - Queen Bed Guest Room 2 - Two Bunk Beds with full on the bottom and twin on top Movie Theater Room Chef’s Kitchen Please be sure to read the Guest Manual/House Rules before requesting to book. All rules must be followed at all times. We want to ensure that everybody has the best stay possible, knowing what to expect while staying at our property. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. April 16 - October 31: $175/day. November 1 - April 15: $400/day for the pool. Groups larger than 6 people will be charged an additional per person fee ($150/person/day) as well as an additional $150 cleaning fee. Absolute max is 8 people. We require a complete guest list (for liability reasons) at least 24 hours before check-in. No additional day visitors are allowed. Events are not allowed & no outdoor noise past 10pm. Pets (including service dogs) are NOT permitted. This is not a kid-friendly property. We are very selective on groups with children – advance permission must be granted. We have outdoor cameras throughout the property that we monitor daily (no indoor cameras). We have a strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Beautiful home with stunning landscaping. Every window view was like a gorgeous picture. Played pickleball, enjoyed the sauna and hot tub by day and sat by the cozy firepit under the star-filled sky at night. The home is decorated beautifully inside as well. Can’t go wrong staying here. Close to lovely downtown Ojai with shopping, restaurants, golfing and spa too. Owner very communicative and kind too!

We had a fantastic family weekend away in Ojai at this property. The amenities like the pool and spa, fire pit, sauna, and outdoor dining on the patio were all very much appreciated by our group. The highlight for us was the pickleball court, where we could play every morning while listening to music on nearby speakers. The home was clean and well appointed, and the host was very responsive and ensured we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

The grounds are beautiful. The house is well laid out, spacious and private. My son loves to cook so we enjoyed great meals cooked in the chef's kitchen and on the grill. We spent many hours in the pool and spa (I recommend water shoes - pool bottom is rough and hard on the feet after a few days). Most importantly the beds and the pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, including spices and staples - look around before you go shopping. This was a special trip for us with our two adult children - there are lots of spaces to enjoy morning coffee in, relax in, connect in and retreat to. Exploring the shops downtown on our last day was fun. I will say that the list of "rules" was daunting at first, but I respect the owners' wish to preserve beauty of the house and furnishings. My son is going to rewrite the directions to the house - Google Maps does not seem to recognize North Ojai Road but Adam was very responsive to text messages and guided us to the property by phone. All in all a delightful trip.

Sensational Home & Getaway Vacation

Our family stayed for six nights and had one of the most amazing weeks. The home itself was better than the pictures and descriptions, the owner very thoughtful and responsive, and the amenities on property were just terrific. We played pickleball, listened to music, swam, did trampoline and more. This is a gem, don’t even hesitate.

Dreamy Ojai Oasis

A group of girlfriends (7 total) and myself rented the house as a mom’s getaway weekend. The house has been completely redone top to bottom and is completely beautiful. They thought of all amenities: the master bath had a steam shower, the pool is massive with a nice jacuzzi, there is a sauna, pickleball court and outdoor seating with heaters. The house has 3 bedrooms (a king, queen, 4 bunks) a bonus media room. There are two bathrooms inside, and a 3rd half bath outside.The house is aesthetically dreamy, cozy and well equipped and stocked. We had all the dishes, pots and pans we needed, coffee and a washer dryer. You can just bring yourselves! We had a great time using all the amenities, playing board games and drinking wine. The host is super responsive and friendly and has a great list of vendors should you want to schedule an in home chef or massage. The house is situated 12-15 mins from downtown Ojai (via a windy road). Be mindful that you may need to wait 20 mins if you need to call an uber or Lyft to get to town. We loved this rental and would definitely come back.

Peaceful retreat at a beautifully appointed home.

What a beautiful, spacious home. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball, dinners on the outdoor patio and gorgeous sunsets.Ojai is fun too, great restaurants, bike trails, and an amazing Sunday Farmers Market.

Incredible Property!

This is a beautiful home in an unbeatable setting. The attention to detail in this home is incredible. Great shower, linens, furniture - well stocked kitchen. There is a gorgeous pool, spa, pickleball court, fire pit, sauna, garden and small vineyard. The setting is gorgeous and views are spectacular.. the owner was responsive and communicative. I highly recommend this rental!

Amazing home

We truly had a perfect vacation. This home was wonderful. Great amenities, super clean. We spent all of our time enjoying the outdoors: pool and hot tub, dining area/deck, outdoor fire pit, pickleball. The views were stunning, beautiful location. We will come back and stay in the home again. Has been our favorite spot yet! Host was very friendly, answered any questions very quickly and made it such a smooth and easy process. 100% recommend!
