This is a unique room that is part of a house. This unit is half of a house and has a full kitchen and a dining area with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. For your comfort there are two queen beds, one futon, heat and air conditioner, and one bath with tub and shower.

Linens are included: bath towels, washcloths, bedding and kitchen towels, as well as, paper products.

Free street parking.

Fire pit available for use. It has been installed in the yard. Includes a fire poker. Wood can be purchased on our website and will be delivered to your unit before you arrive.

A copy of your driver's license or state ID must be emailed within 72 hours of booking the reservation to StayInOhiopyle@gmail.com.

Laundromat available next door.

Garden hose available on the rear of unit #1, The Andrea

Maximum occupancy is up to 4.

All late check-outs without approval will be charged $50 per hour.

NO SMOKING. A $250 charge will be charged to the credit card for smoking within the unit. This includes cigarettes, weed or vaping.

Unfortunately for us, the rain was relentless. Shops and restaurants closed early because of lack of customers so we weren’t able to go out to dinner. The following day’s weather was the same so we decided to leave .

This was my second time staying at the cabins. I Really like the location and they were fully stocked with everything that’s needed. Easy check in and out! Andrea was a great communicator.

I’d rate this place a 4.95 stars. Ohiopyle is an outdoorsy area and The Cole is a perfect place for those who like adventure. The kitchen was perfectly sized and equipped for preparing our meals whether eating in or eating out. The dining table was great for pouring over maps or sipping coffee. The unit was spacious. It’s located next to a farm-to-table restaurant and in front of a laundromat. The only reason it didn’t earn a perfect 5 is because the AC smelled moldy and the beds were a little soft. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised. It was clean and the location great for anyone who is active. It was very close to "Fallingwater" and "Kentuck Knob", the 2 sites we mainly wanted to see. The only shortcomings with the house was lack of a closet and the TV not being located across from the bed. My two telephone conversations with Andrea were pleasant and helpful. My problem with VRBO was the price charged was not the price advertised on their site.

My daughter and I stayed over President weekend to ski at Seven Springs. Great proximity to the slopes without the price tag of on-resort price tag. The place was really cute and more than enough for the two of us. Most of Ohiopyle is shut down for the off-season. But there was a great restaurant called Falls City Pub that has excellent food and service. Everything worked out great!

This was a perfect place for our stay in Ohiopyle. It was very close to everything. The owner was very fast in responding to our needs. It had everything we needed and more. Although the fire pit looked very inviting we did not have time to enjoy it. We would definitely stay here again.

Was supposed to be an over night for me and a couple guys for our GAP bike ride but bad weather made us cancel so my wife and I used it as an over night get away. Local fire company was having their annual Buckwheat festival so that was a plus.

Such a cute little town. You can park your car and forget about it. You are within walking distance of the hiking trails and bike path, restaurants, and water adventure activities. On a rainy day, you can visit Laurel Caverns, Falling Water, and Kentucky Knob.

Perfectly located in town, within walking distance to everything - but still off the main road so it was quiet at night. Great little fire pit - house was clean & had everything we needed. Very best part was my daughter forgot her Apple Watch there when we left for home, & didn’t even realize it. Andrea found it while they were cleaning & mailed it back to us. 1000% recommend this home and owner! She was so honest, and went above and beyond.

Great location close to everything in town and the park. It was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaints are that the front door was difficult to close and lock, the blinds had a gap at the bottom that you could not adjust for privacy and the front porch is sinking and needs leveled.

We were in Ohiopyle to visit Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob. This rental is located right in-between the two, approx. 3 miles to each. Made it very convenient. The property is comfortable and clean. Also near many hiking and biking trails. Fun visit.

The accommodations were excellent. The price increase from last year was not. I could not afford the cabin I usually get. I had to reach out to the property owner on the day of check in for the code to the lock box.

Everything we needed for our adventures in and around Ohiopyle. For some reason I thought the bedroom was separate from the room with the futon, but they’re in the same room which wasn’t a problem. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked, but could have used a large chef or similar knife. The beds were pretty comfy. We lucked out and didn’t have anyone staying in the other side of the unit. I think they added insulation to the inner wall to help with noise but imagine you could still hear the other guests fairly well. Not a problem, but something to consider. We’d definitely stay here again.
