Welcome to Jack's Cove – a very special place in Ogunquit. This 3 bedroom ocean front property is located just south of Perkins Cove and includes a generous backyard that leads to a secluded, private pebble beach.

Watch the sailboats and lobstermen come in and out of Perkins Cove harbor or splash in the clear water without the crowds. The lawn extends directly to the beach and can accommodate activities of all kinds (including relaxing in a beach chair).

The open first floor allows for unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean while prepping in the kitchen, enjoying a sit-down meal or relaxing in the living room.

The entire second floor, including the two full bathrooms, was completely renovated and furnished in 2022. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor and offer beautiful coastal views with multiple windows to let in the ocean breezes. Go to sleep listening to waves and wake up to sea breezes.

All the comforts of home are provided including bed linens, bath and beach towels.

The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have desks in case work just can’t wait. There are two twin beds in the unfinished basement as well as additional seating and a washer/dryer.

All of this is situated on almost an acre of property that is only accessible from a private lane off of Shore Road. It is a beautiful property that was originally part of the “Ye Olde Perkin’s Farm” (circa 1717) where a former pasture extends to the back of the house.

Jack's Cove provides a unique opportunity to be minutes away from Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way and downtown Ogunquit while privately enjoying the beautiful Maine coast. A unique gem of a rental!

Please note: The majority of the year there is a three night minimum, however during the summer months the town of Ogunquit requires at least a seven day stay.
