We are committed to following cleanliness guidelines for our guests. We were dedicated to providing a clean experience. This one bedroom cottage is located in the heart of Ogunquit. It doesn't get much better than this location. Park the car and never get back in it. Walk to the main beach, restaurants, the Marginal Way, the Ogunquit Playhouse and Perkins cove. We provide Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and an umbrella to make life easy for you. No need to pack in the car. The cottage has 1 bedroom with queen bed, a large living room that has a Pottery Barn pull out sofa bed, full kitchen with a kitchen table that seats 4, 4 burner stove, refrigerator, a must have washer & dryer, AC, beach towels, outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Cottage bliss

Quaint, comfy cottage within walking distance to Marginal Way and downtown. Peaceful quiet surroundings with beautiful view of garden and birds. The cottage was well equipped with all necessary items to ensure comfort and relaxing stay. Host was exceptional with communication, availability and timely responses. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean

Enjoyed our quick trip. Cottage was perfect for my husband, daughter and me. Very clean! Easy check in and check out. Cottage had all the amenities you need. Location was great, close to Marginal Way, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem

The property is well maintained and very clean. It was a great location and a short walk to both downtown and the Marginal Way. Communication with the host was helpful and prompt. WiFi and cable TV were great. We brought Apple TV and Google Assistant and both worked well. We will definitely return.

Amazing spot!

This cottage is an amazing space in a great location! Immaculate accommodations, and a very short walk to the Playhouse and downtown It is adorable outside and inside annd every detail has been thought of. You don't need anything just arrive and enjoy! Deidre was an excellent host, and I look forward to renting from her again in the future!

Perfect in every way

First time in Ogunquit! The cottage was perfect for my boyfriend and I and my dog. Close to everything. If I had a beach house, it would look exactly like this. It has everything you need! Love that there were beach chairs, towels and umbrella! Wasn't beach weather, but what a great convenience!! Deirdre was wonderful and helpful. I will definitely book again next time in Ogunquit.

Very clean and cute beach cottage in convenient location

We were very pleased upon our arrival that the cottage was very clean! We recently stayed at another rental and actually had to vacuum the entire place upon entering, which we did NOT have to do here! We were very happy that our 4 pound dog would not be scrounging for leftover food on the floor. The cottage was the perfect size for me, my husband, and our small dog. Like another renter posted, the living room is much bigger than what it appears in the photos. The location was very convenient as well - we walked everywhere - Marginal Way, Perkins cove, downtown, and the Ogunquit Playhouse. The only time we took our car out was to go to Wells. Awesome location. The only downside was the wifi was very poor on both the phone and laptop and I had to turn it off on my devices and just use data. We would definitely stay here again and hope to return next year!

Great location in Ogunquit

We had a good stay. The location is close to Shore Road and the Marginal Way, and a quick walk to the middle of Ogunquit and then on to the beach. Check in was a breeze, and the property was clean. Spent lots of happy beach time there.

Fourth of July

Cottage was lovely and very clean. We felt totally at home. Deirdre was super responsive-even during a holiday weekend. It was great to be able to bring some groceries with us and use the grill to make dinner, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The location is a five minute walk to the entrance of marginal way, this was helpful to walk down and see the fireworks. The walk to the main beach was a bit longer than we anticipated (about 15 minutes) but still not bad. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect accommodations!

This cottage is truly a gem! Three of us were very comfortable, and the space was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed and pull out sofa were comfortable, and everything was spotless! There was extra bedding if needed. The bathroom is updated and very clean. The location truly is close to where you might want to go. The deck was a perfect place to drink my morning coffee. I truly hope to return to this special place!

Even Better In Person

Just returned from a long weekend stay at this beautiful property, When we arrived everything was immaculate and in pristine condition. The cottage has a modern beachy vibe. The living room is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is located behind the main house with lots of privacy. We enjoyed the cascades of wisteria and lilacs that were in bloom around the house too. The location is awesome. It is a short walk to town, the beach and to the Marginal Way. Plus you can get $1 oysters just around the corner. Deirdre made everything easy. We will be back!

Cozy Cottage in prime Ogunquit location

We loved our weekend getaway at this cozy cottage. Great beach cottage feel that was well maintained and had everything 2 people and a pup could need. Great location to the beaches, marginal way as well as any amenity you would need within a couple of miles. Would highly recommend and could see going back for another stay!

Charming cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely cottage. The cottage itself is cozy, comfortable, pristine and well-equipped. Plenty of space for two adults and a small (16 lb) dog. The location is ideal. A short walk to the north endpoint of Marginal Way. Highly recommend.
