Stunning lake view and absolute silence in a newly renovated arbor house

- As in all old villages of Lake Maggiore, the parking lot is located above the houses, you have to walk a short way down (70 wide steps), SO NOT IDEAL FOR MOBILLY RESTRICTED GUESTS. But the view of the lake and the surrounding area is stunningly beautiful and there is an idyllic silence.
- The apartment is on the first floor of our old (year 1839), typical northern Italian arcade house, recently lovingly and respectfully renovated. The perfect place for relaxing, quiet and romantic vacations, ideal for 2 people, possibly with 1 or 2 children.
- The entrance leads from the common staircase directly into the kitchen. But you can also use a private entrance to the living room or bedroom, on your own balcony with a small outside staircase.
- The tastefully furnished apartment consists of a bedroom with an old wooden double bed (190cm x 180cm, extendable up to 210cm on request, 2 new mattresses on wooden slats with a soft new wool mattress top, the beds can be separated), desk, 2 chairs, storage niche and built-in closet. Next to it is a living room with a well-functioning fireplace, armchair, pull-out couch (180cm x 120cm) and a nice old wooden chest. Furthermore, a cozy and very fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, table + 4 chairs, gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. In a nice alcove in front of the kitchen window we have set up a cozy corner with a wool mattress (185cm x 80cm) and pillows.
- The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and corner glass shower. Soaps are available as well as a hair dryer.
- Bed linen and towels are of course included.
- On request we have a baby bed (120x60 cm), also fitted sheets for the mattress. We don't have pillows and blankets because everyone has their own habits in this regard. We also have a small child seat that you hang on the dining table.
- For the winter we have a very well functioning central heating .
- There is a washing machine in the basement for common use.
- We have WiFi in the house and garden and in the bedroom there is a small safe walled in.
- Through the 5 windows and French doors you can enjoy the wonderful unobstructed view of the lake and the palm trees.
- On the narrow private balcony there is a small wooden table with 2 chairs for cozy breakfasts in the morning sun.
- In the garden there is a large wooden table, a wooden bench and a hammock. Chairs and lounge chairs are available as well as a grill.
- A forest path leads directly down to the lake in 10 minutes, to a small pebble beach. The lake is clean and you can usually swim wonderfully from late May / early June to mid-October.
- A well-equipped small shop can be reached on foot in 20 minutes via a wonderful hiking trail between the old towns (5 minutes by car).
- Our organic vegetable garden is available with herbs and vegetables depending on the season.
- We speak fluent Italian, German, English, French and Spanish.

The great view of the lake, the cozy apartment and the absolute silence guarantee a very relaxing holiday in every season.
