Are you headed to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, Weber State or just want to explore the mountains and Historic 25th Street? This is your place!!

Don’t settle for a condo that doesn’t provide privacy. This is a whole home for rent, no part of it is shared. The mattresses and bedding are all high end. Your comfort is out top priority.

This little gem was built in 1920, but it’s brand new from top to bottom. Keeping all the historic charm and adding modern day conveniences, you are sure to find yourself wishing you could stay a little longer.

This house is located in the “Honey Spot” of Ogden. It’s in a fantastic, family friendly, safe neighborhood. {Ogden’s East Bench}

Hiking trails are a plenty. Several trail heads blocks away.
25 minutes from SnowBasin & 30 minutes to Powder Mountain.
A straight shot down to 25th Street, where you can find all the best local restaurants and shops & a locals Farmers Market in the summer & fall.
We have a great neighborhood coffee shop about 2 blocks away, Makes for a great morning walk ...
McKay Dee Hospital and Weber State are a 5 minute drive.
45 minutes from the SLC airport.
Uber/Lyft average about $5 from the Front Runner to this property.
The city bus picks up just down the street and 2 grocery stores within 2 miles.
There’s a great local park right on our road, perfect for friendly dogs & kids.

The house is all yours.
Enjoy the covered back patio. It’s big enough to enjoy dinner & drinks, private enough to enjoy long conversations with friends.
Plenty of parking in the driveway and street parking if needed. There is a dip in the driveway, some trailers and low profile vehicles may find it difficult to park in the driveway.

Overall stay was great! The house is small so definitely suited more toward a family than 4 adults but it works either way. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower is not the best and makes it difficult for long/thick hair. For some small things for the future - coasters for the living room and lamps in the bedroom. Would be nice to be able to read at night before bed!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Great communication with the host. We found the accommodations to work very well for ourselves and our two dogs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with both cook and diner ware as well as spices, oil etc. let from previous guests. Plenty of shampoo & conditioner as well as laundry soap. We appreciated the attention to detail and really loved being able to have our dogs with us on the east bench of Ogden. We love the neighborhood and so close to the mountains. We'll likely be back for our next visit.

Loved it!

It was great for what we needed. My 9 yr old got comfortable quick. We were able to relax like it was our own home. The backyard was the perfect size for us to hang out and play with our two dogs. The location was awesome. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We will definitely be reaching out to the host for availability for our future family visits to UT!

Capitol Cottage

We visited family in Ogden for Thanksgiving and stayed at this adorable cottage. Everything is upgraded and there is a nice little patio and backyard. We took a walk in the mornings to the coffee shop just a few blocks away. The quiet neighborhood is tucked next to pretty mountains and the location is convenient. Only a short (very short) drive to historic 25th St. Highly recommend this place and next time we're in Ogden this is where we will stay.

Like home

The property was so clean and cute! I had traveled to Utah for a dog trial / flyfishing and this place was perfect! For anyone who has had dogs in a hotel, it's a nightmare. The property was ideal with the outdoor patio and fenced yard. The house was locsted in a quiet neighborhood; very relaxing and far superior to any commercial lodging. It was perfect for our needs and we will be back. Thank you so much Amanda!

There were wet clothes left in the washer and clothes in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher no kitchen towels and no broom, other than that accommodations were amazing would definitely stay there again

Great Place

I was in Ogden to see my daughter. My son and 10 year old granddaughter were with me. The house was immaculate and had a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable and the outside seating area was great as well. The location was so close to downtown it made getting around super easy.

Great Spot to Stay in Ogden

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute house in a nice neighborhood. It was comfortable and nicely decorated, with lots of nice little touches like toiletries in the bathroom and lots of coffee for the Keurig. The property owner responded quickly to my questions. There's a great little coffee shop just a few blocks away!

Nice House in Ogden

I stayed here for 3 nights to ski at Snowbasin. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Ogden. Lots of modern appliances & everything you need for a short stay. I would stay here again.
