  • Historical 25th Street original building from the 1880’s. Open concept 1500 square foot Executive Apartment. Amazing views of the mountains and overlooking 25th Street. High ceilings, big bright windows and original brick walls. Gourmet kitchen with 6ft island with cooktop and double oven.
    The apartment is located on the third floor of the building with no elevator. The remaining 4000 square feet of the building is rented as commercial space.

I stayed at this apartment on 25th Street for six nights while dropping my son off for flight school, and it was the perfect place to call home for the week. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for an extended stay.The location couldn’t have been better, with several great restaurants and shops just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive everywhere.Brant was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again the next time we’re in Ogden. Highly recommended!

Great location. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to Snowbasin (30 mins) and Powder Mountain. Alta and Snowbird are easy to get to as well.Host was very helpful and easy to work with.

This property is beautiful, just as pictured in the listing. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is clean. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay here and can’t say enough good things — this was our second time staying at this property, and we would absolutely come back again.The location is truly fantastic. Being able to walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars made the trip feel easy and relaxing from the start. Everything we needed was right nearby, which was especially nice after long days of skiing.We stayed for a full week with our family and had more than enough space to be comfortable. The place was clean, well cared for, and very easy to settle into — it felt like a perfect home base for our trip.Snowbasin was only about a 30-minute drive, and honestly, that drive ended up being a great way to unwind after full days on the mountain. It was smooth, scenic, and never felt like a hassle.Overall, this is a five-star stay all around — excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and a great setup for a Utah ski vacation. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Nice 10 Day Sta

This apartment had all the amenities and comfort for a 10 day stay. The place is unique with its industrial feel full of bright natural light. We did a bit of cooking and had everything we could possibly need. I recommend Brant’s place.

One of a kind!

This loft apartment was perfect for our needs! We celebrated my sons wedding at Union Station and used this loft to rest in between events. It’s beautiful & spacious! Absolutely perfect!
