"Always stay here the night before travelling on Le Shuttle. 30 mins to the terminal. Large car park immediately adjacent to the hotel. Reception staff always welcoming. Rooms spacious with an excellent shower. Only downside is the range of services next door at the service station. OK if you like McDonalds! Improvement with Leon when you can navigate the ordering process! Good news is that there are some good pubs nearby with restaurant attached. Really good value - usually half price...

"Pros: recently decorated room, comfortable firm bed, clean white cotton bedding, reasonably quiet, great view of river, free and plentiful continental breakfast with cereals, muffin/croissant, toast with jam & cheese, yoghurts, pleasant and helpful staff. "How this hotel has got the reviews it did, has completely perplexed me. Omitted to say it's right next to a landing strip, we were woken by helicopters landing late. We booked a premier room, if that's the standard of a premier room, I'd hate to see what a standard room looks like, I will never stay there again. The bathroom cleanliness was very bad, the bathroom sink was disgusting. I had to try and wash it before I could use it. The material condition of the room was very poor, when I tried...
