"I really enjoyed my stay at Maravu Taveuni Resort. My bure was beautiful, with the added charm of an outdoor shower, and felt tucked away in the jungle while still offering stunning sunset views over the ocean. "This is a great place to stay with a great family. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, had a wonderful easy time and were very sorry to leave. This isn't a hotel or resort - it's a homestay and we really felt at home. Jale, Nita, Sia and Jima are creative, interesting and generally exceptional people and perfect hosts. "Idyllic location on a hill overlooking the ocean with a gorgeous property and bungalow. Knox and Kelera treat their guests like family and are incredibly gracious. They made a lovo dinner for us which was delicious and Knox drove us to all of our day trip destinations filling the driving time with interesting observations about the island and history. One of the nicest vacation stays I have ever experienced. "
