We had stayed at this place before but this time there were serious issues. The room was ok but there was no non-skid protection in the tub/shower. We did not dare get in. A clean, comfortable, well maintained guest house. It is conveniently located on the North side of Kearney. It is very quiet, and has ample parking. The beds are extremely comfortable. The host, Ryan, provides free wifi and cable television. I would highly recommend this location.
