You will enjoy a short bike ride to restaurants, a grocery store, and the nearby beach access. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features a reverse floor plan offering long range views from the decks and second floor living areas. The reverse floor plan offers all three bedrooms and two full baths on the first floor. The spacious open living area on the upper level features vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King Bed. One bedroom with Queen Bed and one bedroom with Pyramid Bed (Double on bottom/Twin on top). Amenities include screened porch, central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access and 2 cable TV’s. The kitchen offers a spacious bar. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk. The exterior offers covered and open decks. Outdoor shower. Covered parking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. No Smoking. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
