If you are looking for a fully air conditioned, professionally decorated front ocean view home that will draw the "WOW!" out of you as you enter, you have just found it! You are steps from the beach out our backyard gate.

Located within the beachfront community of Oceanside, California, between the Cape Cod style harbor and the Oceanside pier sits this gorgeous home with full front ocean views. Enjoy views of the pier, waves, surfers and dolphins from your deck.

This home is outfitted with families of all ages in mind, allowing you to travel light since we've provided 2 pack n' plays, a highchair, stroller, beach toys and no one needs to bring beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas or ice chests! This is a popular home for families, friends and girlfriend groups!

This unique beach property boasts a rare 4 onsite parking spaces (2 enclosed garage spaces for average sized vehicles and 2 driveway spaces for larger vehicles).

Amenities include beautiful and comfortable furniture throughout. The family room has a giant 70 inch high-definition TV with surround sound. All 4 bedrooms have 46-inch flat screen Hi-def TV's. All three master bedrooms are complete with luxurious pillow-top king beds. Two of the three king-sized masters have full ocean views. In the third king bedroom you can enjoy your morning coffee in your own private ocean-view patio. The beach/surf themed kids' ocean view bunk room sleeps 4 and has its own attached bath. The family room has an ultra-comfortable queen sized, Tempur-Pedic couch bed. So, the home actually sleeps 12.

The three bathrooms are beautifully appointed in combinations of granite, Travertine, sea glass and marble tiles. Two of the 3 baths are ensuite.

Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, white subway tiles, 2 large refrigerators, Viking professional cook top, silent dishwasher and oven. You will have everything you could possibly need to whip up a great meal or drink. We even provide lobster pots! Prefer not to cook? There are several great restaurants and bars...even an ice cream shop etc. within walking distance.

On the large deck overlooking the Pacific relax and soak in the sun on the chaise lounges. Enjoy 180-degree white water views to the sounds of the ocean and sip on a tropical drink under two large umbrellas or simply enjoy outdoor dining with your family and friends. Backyard entertaining is enhanced by the large stainless steel gas BBQ. Below the deck is a backyard play area for the kids, or just a getaway to talk privately in a tropical setting among the palm trees and bamboo below.

Four beach cruiser bicycles with helmets are available for your enjoyment during your stay. A sturdy beach wagon is available to take to cart items to the beach! Other amenities for your use include boogie boards, children's books and many sand toys for the kids. Here for a week or longer with a group? There are two washers and two dryers in the laundry room.

***We have enacted and trained our cleaning staff in accordance with the CDC and the American Hotel and Lodging Association recommendations. We have always received complements on how clean the home is but now with these new guidelines we hope to keep our guests not just happy but safe. Our stay at this beautiful vacation home was amazing! Diane was extremely helpful and informative prior to even arriving at the house. Communication was very quick and efficient. The home is stocked with everything you would need both in the house and at the beach. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. The view of the beach from the deck is absolutely beautiful! Everything in the house is well thought out, both design and function. All of the TVs, furniture, bedrooms, and restrooms were in great condition. We would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for the perfect location, hosts, and house to stay in Oceanside!

My family and I very much enjoyed this home. The owner thought of everything we might need-it was all there to help us enjoy our stay! The host was amazing with detailed instructions on arrival, home operations, and departure. The extras they provided upon arrival and detailed suggestions on local businesses were appreciated. They were responsive when needed but did not interrupt our vacation.The home was perfect and as described. The living room and deck were our favorite places to enjoy the spectacular views. The large window and glass deck railings allow great visibility. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and the beach equipment and towels were very helpful.Location is great with a nice flat, sandy beach an easy walk out the back gate. It's in a quiet, residential area with friendly neighbors, but still walking (or biking) distance to both the harbor and downtown/pier area. With traffic, downtown SD is a 45 minute drive, but we mostly stayed on the northern beaches (La Jolla, Del Mar, Carlsbad) the few times we left Oceanside.

House sleeps 10 very comfortably. The back patio views are some of the best in Oceanside! The house has everything you need to cook, entertain, and enjoy your vacation. 2 garage spaces really helps and the garage is stocked with everything you need for the beach. Everyone loved the beach cruisers and wagon to help haul things to the sand. 10 out 10 experience at this property! We will be back!

This was our second year staying at this home, and it was just as perfect as the first. It’s an ideal spot for families—the location can’t be beat, the air-conditioning works beautifully, and the owners are both responsive and kind.The kitchen is very well stocked, which made cooking easy, and the extras provided really made a difference: boogie boards, a grill, plenty of kitchen tools, plus an abundance of blankets, pillows, and towels. Everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable.We’ll definitely be back again—this house truly feels like a home away from home.

Beautiful home, light and bright with beach vibe decor, and comfortable furnishings that made you feel like vacation. The views of the beach and the ocean are stunning, and everyone loved the large deck. Excellent location. Just steps to the beach, The Harbor, great restaurants and bars, Farmers Market and the Pier. We enjoyed them all.Check in was easy, it was easy to communicate with the hosts, Diane was lovely and very accommodating.This was by far the best rental our family has stayed in for our family summer vacation.

A Great Place to Stay!

Our family of nine, ages 4-74, stayed in this lovely 2 story home for a week. We were thankful for the off street parking for 3 large vehicles. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked, updated kitchen. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very clean. We spent hours on the large deck with a view. Also, the cool ocean breezes kept us comfortable. We rarely used the air conditioning.

Incredible host

I can not say enough great things about the hosts Diane and Mike. Excellent communication and very attentive before and during our stay. This property is in a great location. So close to everything you would want to do or need for a visit. We were there for 6 weeks and appreciated all the little things that were available to us at the house. Great home for families with kiddos and also for adults. The view from the deck was the best. We spent so much time just watching and listening to the ocean. Great outdoor space for large family dinners. This home gave our entire family the space to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Home away from home

Absolutely perfect! We were in from across the country for our son’s wedding and we all were comfortable and the views from the bedrooms and the deck were just spectacular! Ideal Location

We stayed here for Ironman Oceanside, and this was the ideal location, both for the race and just to enjoy the beach and surrounding area. Plenty of room for our group and lots of care went into ensuring that everything a beachgoer might need was at hand. Simply hanging out on the balcony and enjoying the view was amazing. Diane was an excellent host and addressed an issue with the glass shower door same day. Her communication was top notch. When we come back to Oceanside, this will be our preferred house.

Fantastic property, fantastic host

We loved our stay in Oceanside. Diane was a fantastic host. The property offered even more than anticipated. We had absolutely everything we needed, including plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and all of the other things needed to make our trip comfortable. The beds were all comfortable as was the furniture. Plenty of seating for all of us in our party at nine. The view does not disappoint. The location is great The harbor is right around the corner. And the Oceanside Beach town is very walkable.Can’t recommend this property enough. Thank you, Diane!

A beautiful stay

Our family does a vacation every year for a long weekend in February to make sure we all stay connected. There were seven of us this year, and every one of us loved this beautiful condo by the sea. The view is spectacular overlooking the ocean as we sat on the deck facing the beach. The house is arranged so that there are four bedrooms with their own thermostats. Open windows or sliding doors to hear the waves at night. Easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with basics. Lots of cooking utensils and tableware to accommodate everyone. We walked to the harbor to eat. Excursions leave from there as well. Highly recommend this place, and we would love to stay here again!
