The bedroom has a king-size bed and an air conditioner. There are large wall-mounted smart TVs in the Bedroom and living room with Free Cable, and HBO & Showtime. The Bathroom has a walk-in shower and a newly remodeled sink and counters.

This Garden View Cottage has a very private garden that it shares with several other units. The Cottages are larger than the other one-bedrooms in the complex and are separated from the main building, and are only 2 stories rather than 3. The Kitchen has been fully upgraded with granite counters and new appliances.

You have full access to the entire complex and everything NCV offers: pools, jacuzzis, gym, saunas, ping pong, pool tables, Fußball table, poolside barbeques, and feeding the fish at the giant Koi pond.
