Recharge your batteries in this recently updated condo has whitewater views of the ocean and sounds of the surf for relaxation 24 hours a day from both the patio and bedroom.

The Patio has views of whitewater ocean waves along with the lush tropical landscaping of the complex, main pool and the putting greens, with only a handful of the units in this North Coast Village complex have all these unique views and surf sounds.

Recently updated (Winter of 2021) kitchen and bathroom, the kitchen waterfall counters with high end appliances and the bathroom marble counters with new stunning cabinets in both kitchen and bathroom, the upgraded flooring has been updated for a clean look and feel. New furniture and Smart Tv's in front room and bedroom including a queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Oceanside California North Coast Village Condo, Oceanfront with sounds of the surf from the condo, walking distance to the Oceanside Pier to the South walking distance to the Marina to the North of the complex, this lush complex is like stepping into a tropical paradise with tropical lush vegetation including large Koi ponds and waterfalls, the complex includes 2 pools, 2 spas, indoor Sauna, fitness center and pool tables, Oceanside is close to Disneyland, Legoland, San Diego Wild Animal Park and Sea World.

Our host was great. The place was clean with a well stocked kitchen we even did Thanksgiving there. They had lots of boogie boards and beach supplies as well! Overall, a great trip!

Lovely Condo

The unit was lovely and had everything we needed. Robert replied very quickly to messages and was solicitous. We loved being able to walk to the beach and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.

wonderful locale for coastal relaxation

We wanted to come and enjoy an extended stay on the coast and this property was well situated and very comfortable. We re-charged and enjoyed its views and close beach proximity.

Amazing place!

We were very pleased with the condo! Clean, very modern and 1 minute from the beach! King size bed was very comfortable, kitchen was bright and functional, great remodelling done recently! We never needed anything for temperature management, its on the 1rst floor so with the evening ocean breeze it never got uncomfortable. And yes you hear the ocean at night so it was a very relaxing vacation! The condo complex is very nice, pool is amazing (you do hear some noise from the pool but rules are enforced for operating hours and we never were bothered by the noise)... Also, no carpet (just a decorative one in the living room) which we appreciate since we have 2 asthmatic kids! Parking is perfect (no column to navigate...) Robert is availabe via vrbo or cell phone but we did not need anything during our almost 3 weeks stay! Already booked for next summer ;-)

Awesome Condo and Location

We really enjoyed our stay here!!. The condo was so clean and decorated so beachy! It had everything that we needed and more. The grounds were so beautiful and we loved how there was security and key fobs and keys were needed to get onto the grounds. Check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!!

Kids' 1st Beach Trip

Unit was perfect! View of ocean from balcony, easy walk to beach, putting green and pool super close. Brought our barely 6-year old grandsons for their first trip to the beach and they had a great time.

Honeymoon adventure

LOVED our Stay!

I will look to stay here again. Location of the complex was GREAT! And location of the unit within the complex was also GREAT! The views from the balcony were great. We didn't hit the pool but spent all of our time on the beach instead. Wonderful stay!
