This lovely UPPER LEVEL duplex was just remodeled. Featuring all new flooring, bedding, kitchen, and more! This gorgeous 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom is perfect for a family vacation out to the beach. This property features both an oceanfront balcony.

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Oceanfront

My family and I had a really nice stay. The views were beautiful, the place was clean and plenty of space for all 10 of us. Had some difficulty with the ac but they sent someone right away. The plot next door was empty so it was nice to be able to get to the water that way (very rocky, but sand at the water). There is a cute place to walk to called Buccaneer Cafe that is a must - great coffee/juice and good food (breakfast/lunch only).

The quality of the property is terrible. Broken, rusty window frames. We couldn't use 1 of the bedrooms because the window could not be closed. The garage is extremely small, none of our cars (sedans) fit in there. The overall cleanliness of the property was very questionable. We did not have a good experience there at all and it is way too expensive for something as falsely advertised as this apartment. It is really a shame because of it was properly updated and cleaned it would be a very nice place.

Beautiful home very clean everything you can great check in but no air-conditioning. And it was hot.

The place was amazing perfect location, easy check-in, great greeting by the representative from the rental company, huge place that accommodated our family. Very clean with everything you could possibly need. Our only complaint was that all but one room were very very hot and the fans didn’t cut it. Two of my family members left Saturday night because it was just too hot. Besides the temperature everything else was wonderful. It would’ve been nice to have air-conditioning however I know from living in Southern California most homes on the beach do not have air-conditioning but this was a time that we could’ve really really used it

The property was misrepresented and poorly maintained Doors broken, furniture worn out, deck boarded off for safety, ants everywhere, no beach access, blankets dirty, dryer broken. On top of that ZERO response to fix items from mgt. Don’t stay here, it was a rip off

Great house - parking is an issue

House is as advertised. I stayed with my large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only problem is parking. The parking garage present is not suitable for large cars such as minivans or suvs. We resorted to street parking or parking in the management facility which was not convenient.

Beautiful View and Sparkling Clean

There were 11 of us for Thanksgiving weekend and the house worked perfectly! Plenty of sleeping accommodations for all of us and a well-equipped kitchen. View can’t be beat!

Great stay but timed light switches not.

The six of us enjoyed our stay. We didn’t like the fan and light switches which had timers on them. They were horrible and would rather have on off not multiple timers. The fan would only go for an hour. Luckily it was cool when we were here. I really think you need to go to a simple on/off switch.

Unforgettable Experience

We celebrated my friend’s 50th birthday and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The view made us feel as though we had traveled to another country far away from home. It was unbelievable.

Disappointing

The rental was a major disappointment. The worst part was the fact that the beach rock wall had collapsed directly in front of the house, and with it the private outdoor recreation area, as well as the steps down to the beach. Neighbors said the wall collapsed many months ago and it has yet to be repaired. I complained about this to Beachfront Only. They did not apologize. They only said "we didn't advertise it". Of course they didn't! I wouldn't expect them to advertise it as a feature, but to disclaim it as a flaw and offer a discount. Not mentioning this at all is being dishonest by omission. It was a major eye sore not to mention took a way a sizable chunk of outdoor recreation area. We had to share a tiny little paved area outside with the woman who lives on the ground floor. She has a dog which defecates all over the place. She is good about scooping up the poop, but there were literally poop stains on our side of the "patio" area downstairs. The place was advertised as 6 bedrooms, which it has, but the overall size of the rental was much smaller than what we were renting out the previous two years just down the beach. Unfortunately the previous place was booked up for July, and so we had few options. There is an empty lot next door to the rental which is also an eye sore. Many public beach-goers set up shop there which takes away from privacy. From the outside, the house is one of the ugliest on the street. It is a three-level building and our unit was on the top level. Apparently the second level is vacated, and the lady lives on the ground level with her dog. Besides the poop-stained patio on the ground level, the main outdoor hangout was the third-level balcony which was very small, and in great need of a fresh paint job. There was a tiny propane-powered "fire pit" which offered some heat and flame at night, but was nothing compared to the real fire pit on our private beach from 2 years ago. It was more of a decoration than a source of heat/light. Most of the beds were very small and really only fit for a single person. Only one bed was suitable for a couple. One very annoying feature was that everything electric operated on a timer. The most you could set something for electrical power was 4 hours. So the AC would turn itself off in the middle of the night. The dryer didn’t have any heat so it would take extra long to dry your laundry. We asked them to come clean the place, which they agreed to, but then they never showed up.

Can’t beat this location. Property is older and there were some disappointments including broken window, missing kitchen drawer, poorly equipped kitchen. That said, the place is spacious and suited our needs well for the short time we stayed.
