Enjoy your morning coffee watching dolphins and surfers from your private enclosed deck. Entertain with nightly sunsets and sleep to sound of waves. With 2 master suites plus enclosed sun room. This one of a kind home is outfitted with everything you need to make your stay the ideal vacation.

Fully stocked kitchen, large dining table for family meals, BBQ, big custom enclosed viewing deck. Two master suites, , luxurious bathrooms with walk in closets and toiletries. Enjoy lush bedding, linens, custom decor. Gas fireplaces in both master suite and living room. Secure garage parking , beach gear - chairs, towels, boogie board. Complimentary coffee from local roaster. Elevator access direct from garage, so no stairs or lugging up bags. All living space is on one floor. Washer/Dryer for guest use. Secure gated building.

IDEAL location - The best of both worlds. You are on the border of Carlsbad, close to all the amazing downtown restaurants and entertainment. You are also close to Oceanside Strand, Pier and Harbor, but without the noise and congestion. Right outside the unit is direct access to a great beach. There are so many places to explore by foot or bike. You don't ever have to leave your little bubble at the beach. If you wanted to take a ride down to other parts of San Diego the train station is right there. Legoland, Carlsbad Outlets, Flower Fields, Golf Resorts and Del Mar Race Track are just minutes in the car. There are always local events, surf contests, concerts, art walks and a farmers market every Thursday. Nightlife is fun, too, with great wine bars, breweries and a wide range of food at one of the many amazing local restaurants nearby. See our list of favorites in the house manual. Water sports, fishing, bon fires, surf lessons, parks and boat charters are all local favorite past times close by. If you need any recommendations we are always happy to guide you. If you prefer fine dining at the beach house, we have a world class chef available upon request. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished with such cute, unique pieces. The sunroom was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out! Our host was very responsive when we requested items (2 nd key/sponge). The parking is safe and secure and fit both of our small SUV’s just fine. This is definitely one of our favorites so far! It was a great Mother/Daughter stay!

Place was absolutely WONDERFUL! Decorated so nicely!The windows that open so you can hear and watch the waves was the icing on the cake for us. Place had everything you could want... except for wifi. It wouldn't work even once, You're not really on a beach vacay to use wifi and internet anyway, so it wasn't a huge deal - but a slight inconvenience when wanting to use ipad for the kids or husband needing to work for a couple of hours. Otherwise it was a flawless stay. Loved the house. : ). Thanks

The condo was stunning, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything one would need, and with amazing views. It was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable for our family get-together. One piece of feedback is that instructions on operating the tv and what streaming is available (or not) would be helpful to include in the binder. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay! Thank you!

Great size place with large kitchen. Plenty of pans, utensils, dishes. Bring your own food & cooking oil, condiments. 2 fridges! Kitchen table fits 8. Nice living room with French doors to patio. Great porch area with day bed, large open windows, table for four to eat & 2 raised chairs facing nice view of ocean over house tops. French doors to bedroom. Nice sea breeze & crashing waves heard. 2 gas fireplaces. Heat, no air conditioning. Large bathrooms, large walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Convenient 2 garage parking spots a plus. Good street parking behind and side street spots available. Walk to beach, short drive to pier, harbor, dining. Owner very responsive with any questions! Easy check-in & out instructions.

This location is perfect - literally steps away from the beach. The view from the house cannot be beat! The unit is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

The property is exactly as described and it was amazing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. If you have small kids, the Buccaneer beach is pretty rocky so you will want to walk closer to the pier so they can have more fun.

Really awesome place...

I stayed at this property with older parents, wife, sister and 13 year old son. The property was really nice and the pictures in the listing accurately what you can expect to find if you stay here. The layout of the house was unusual and fun -- very spacious, with lots of cool lighting. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there were lots of other supplies around the house. The sunroom was beautiful for sitting and watching the surf. It was a bit challenging to set up sleep for an adult and teenager, but there were enough blankets, pillows, etc. that we managed to make it work pretty well. The house does not have AC but it is very comfortable with the windows and skylights open. The only disappointment we had was that the walkable beaches were all riprap and pebbles, so we needed to go closer to the pier to get to what most would consider a real beach. But getting to the pier was not difficult and there are a lot of amenities. My son and I even took a surf lesson, which was affordable and awesome. I also took the 5 minute walk to Buccaneer Café every morning for coffee, which was a really nice way to start the day. My family loved the house and location and would definitely come back.

Great location, beautifully decorated

We enjoyed our time at the condo! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our nice stay. The views were beautiful on the porch and the sounds of the ocean were so nice at night! The property manager was very quick to respond and very accommodating! The parking was secure, however we parked on the street with the van without any issues! The only bummer was the guest bedroom is a fold out couch and not a mattress. I had to sleep there with my daughter and it was not comfortable. My advise to the owner is please consider a real mattress as the fold out was incredibly uncomfortable on my back. Otherwise I would stay again.

Beautiful Unit!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in Oceanside! I was in town for a wedding a short drive away and wanted to wake up with the ocean in view. The unit fulfilled my expectations, waking up every morning to a view the the dolphins swimming up and down the coast! The area is very quiet at night and peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again if back in town!!
