Enjoy ocean views and the sound of the waves from this beautiful 2
bedroom beachfront condo in South Oceanside, located in a 5 unit condo complex. Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, this upper-level unit offers the ideal mix of coastal charm, comfort, and convenience. Just steps from the sand!

Inside, the open living area features large windows overlooking the Pacific, a
comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and a smart TV for cozy movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook and dine at home, with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and a dining area that looks out toward the sea.

The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed, while the second bedroom includes a full
bunk bed—ideal for kids or extra guests. The shared bathroom is updated and well appointed, and wall A/C keeps the space cool on warmer days. Parking is available in the covered carport (first-come basis) with additional street parking available if all are taken, and guests have access to shared laundry facilities during their stay.

Step outside to your private oceanfront balcony, where you can relax in the sea breeze, grill dinner on the shared BBQ, or watch the sun set over the water. The direct beach access through the rock barrier provides easy access for walks along the shore.

Conveniently located near local dining favorites and Buccaneer Park, which is great for kids and pets!, this oceanfront getaway puts you close to everything while offering a peaceful, private place to unwind. Whether you’re sipping coffee to the sound of the surf or grilling dinner with the sunset as your backdrop, this beachfront condo is the perfect setting for your next coastal escape.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Don’t expect to get a good night’s rest here!!! VERY LOUD, not a peaceful experience. Wasn’t up to par with what’s listed.The dishwasher didn’t work. We’re still waiting on our promised refund for that. The “in unit laundry” was a joke. Getting ahold of someone to actually come attempt to fix the dishwasher basically ruined day 4 of our first vacation in over a year. The parking situation was really disappointing. Our passenger van is 98” tall (a ford transit) and didn’t fit in their assigned garage space. So we parked in a different space that seemed unoccupied at the time. We confirmed that this was ok with the on site manager (she was kind enough but nosy & awkward) she told us spot 1 is best & that she got special permission to grant us that spot. That turned out to be false bc we recieved THREE handwritten hateful notes on our windshield during our stay by neighbors (full time renters) who claimed that spot was theirs and threatening to have mine towed. How classy…The neighbors had EXTREMELY loud rude dogs who barked at all hours of the night. Also since the public beach path is adjacent to this property, it was DISTURBINGLY loud with wild beach goers starting at sunrise and loud teenagers until nearly 2am. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY NOR THE COMPANY. Checking in was a chaotic NIGHTMARE punching in multiple different codes plus literally a 22 step process to self check in & There’s nobody on site to help navigate the chaotic email directions

Water front property. No sandy beach here but just a short distance was a sandy beach. Loved hearing the roar of the waves. Walking distance to restaurants.

Perfect beach vacation

My family loved staying at this condo. It was comfortable, the perfect size for us, and the property management was incredibly responsive and helpful. You just can’t beat that view being right next to the water too. We would definitely definitely stay here again.

Little Ocean view vacation

Quick 2 night trip with family. The place is cute and has lots of room. The view was good. The sand was fun. Overall we had a great time!

Overall a good stay!

Was a great location, although a few things within the condo were out dated. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was super loud and the shower water pressure was horrible. Also, all the switches are on timers so the ceiling fans turn off after an hour. I totally get limiting electricity used, however, in the middle of the night it got warm. Was a great location being so close to the water. But just know u have to climb down rocks to get to the water and by noon the water is at the rocks. But, the actual beach was about a mile and a half down so we were able to walk down there for the water. Parking was super tight but its the beach, so its to be expected. We had a good stay! Thank you!

Relaxing weekend

I had a relaxing weekend with my last graduating Girl Scouts. Their final trip was supposed to be in 2020, but was postponed due to Covid. We spent time enjoying the tide coming and out, appreciating the beautiful sun sets. The girls enjoyed. Cooking their own meals which were very close to gourmet. Quite tasty. One surprise was that they chose to spend part of their time looking through thrift shops. The beds were very comfey. The cooks enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful apartment and. Would considered staying there again.

Great location

The property layout is reflected well in the pictures. However, the house felt more dated than the pictures. I had several issues, that ranged from not enough toilet paper for 3 nights with 6 guests to the refrigerator not working, and they were all addressed very quickly. Considering the cost, all the issues were a disappointment. We really enjoyed the location and proximity to Carlsbad (where we did all our fun shopping and eating). Best Pizza and Brew was literally the best pizza we've ever had (and we've had a LOT of pizza) which is in Oceanside. And of course, Handel's Homemade Icecream in Carlsbad is a must. The beach for the house is, as stated, varied for the amount of usable beach throughout the day. There are several beaches for setting up chairs and hanging out within walking distance. And the communal sitting area for the house was a great place to watch the ocean and listen to the waves, you can't see them from the chairs. But the rock wall is a great place to sit and watch the waves. The best part was hearing the ocean from every part of the house, no sound machine needed! All in all, the price was too much for the condition of the place, and we should have received a discount for the refrigerator issue, as it was quite inconvenient (having to spend time to go get ice and losing some of our food). All of the managing staff were extremely helpful and, again, quick to respond to any questions or issues.

The pictures make it appear as if you can access the beach from this property. This is not true.

I rented this spot specifically for the convenience of not driving to the beach. However, you have to drive to the beach anyway. I paid what I though was an extreme amount of money to be able to walk from my backyard to the beach. Since that was not possible I paid way to much to stay here and will never stay here again. The railing to get down off the rocks was broken and the water gets too high to even see the sand.

Plenty of problems at a premium price

Our welcome was a leaking ceiling, from the upstairs unit, in our kitchen. Water was coming in through the microwave, onto the stove, through the cupboards, eventually migrating through the ceiling lights and walls. We scrubbed and washed everything, while avoiding dripping gross water and the fear of electrocution. Told the problem was a faulty refrigerator upstairs, which they unplugged. There was already so much water in the ceiling that the dripping continued for 3 days. We were drip free for a day...until...it began again. Scrub, rinse, repeat until the end of our 10 day stay. At the end, the ceiling and wall paint was bubbling, and the light fixture covers had holes drilled in them to allow the water to drip out. On top of that, there was ZERO lighting in the dining/living room area. No table lamps, no floor lamps, no ceiling lights. We moved table lamps out of the bedrooms, and management sent another table lamp as a fix. The front unit was being gutted, which involved several days of sawing and granite cutting on the shared patio. The result was sawdust coming into and covering our unit and deck. More concerning were the shards and chunks of razor sharp granite left on the ground. We swept it up, as there were dogs, then utilized the empty unit to swap out some much needed kitchen utensils, and their outdoor fire pit to replace our broken one. In addition to the 1 table lamp, management did send over extra towels so we could continue to mop up water from the stove top, microwave, cupboards and floor throughout our stay. They also offered us a late check out, or an additional day, or their lowest rate at any of their properties any time we returned. After explaining that none of this was feasible, due to us being on a month long driving vacation from Ohio, with prior commitments, all lines of communication stopped from them. I had asked for 1 or 2 days compensation, which management was very open to, until they weren't. Once we were gone, they didn't care because they had their money. I have hesitated to write an honest review for a couple of months now, in the hopes that they would step up. They didn't, so I did.

Good not so good place

The location was great. The inside was clean. The outside is very outdated. Granddaughter came to visit and almost fell off the balcony patio. The wood rail is old and pieces came off when she leaned on them. The sand area smelled like dogs went potty there. Neighbors in front kept the bbq to themselves the whole time cooking. Had to share the back bbq. One of the lounge chairs was broken. The fridge broke the second day we arrived. Had to bring lots of ice to keep food cold. Froze. Items went to waste. At least couple hundred dollars worth of cold stuff had to throw away. Only 2 bathroom paper rolls provided for 6 people. The place would of been great if it wasn't for the above problems.

OCEANFRONT STAY

The property is right on the water, and as such has amazing views, and is right next to Bucaneer park, which has one of the best places to get a breakfast taco in the world, the parking is limited, and as such we just parked on the street. This trip they charged us a non refundable pet fee of 250 dollars, even though we had stayed here several times, and we had never been charged this amount before, which is about double the amount we have been charged elsewhere. The property manager was quick to answer when the heater thermostat stopped working, which is good because it was the only heat in the place. All in all, if you are looking for beautiful view of the ocean, away from all the hotels in town, this place is a great option, just know that they will charge you 250 for a pet fee.

To relax or just spend time with your spouse or family I would recomend this property

If you are looking for a place to watch the sunset with the sound of the surf and a glass of wine this place works great. Or a cup of coffee in the morning watching the early morning surfers you will like this place. But if you are looking for a public access beach with all the people. this is not what you are looking for. While it may be dated, for our needs it was a pleasure to stay there.
