Enjoy this Spanish Style Town home with modern furnishings and over 2000 sq ft of living space. This home has so much to offer guests of all tastes with over sized Kitchen fit for a chef, 10 ft ceilings throughout, Cozy fireplace, larger rooms, spa style baths and extra large Panoramic Ocean View deck for entertaining and BBQ. Town home has a unique Tri level design w Kitchen and living space on top and Bedrooms in the middle and 2 car garage on ground level. No car necessary as you are literally 5 blocks from the beach and only 3.5 blocks to down town with amazing restaurants and breweries.

Two bikes supplied for riding around the beach community, as well as beach toys, beach chairs, bodyboards and a surfboard!

Our family of 5 super enjoyed our stay. All was as advertised: short walk to the beach and farmer's market, near groceries/restaurants, lots of rooms, very clean, and well supplied. We made a few fantastic dinners there and enjoyed the sunsets from the private roof top. Our kids made good use of the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes. Don't miss whale watching available at the harbor! We will definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful time at this property! The home had everything you could ever want and more! The hosts are so thoughtful and so attentive! The house was immaculate, beautiful, and spacious! The views were incredible and breathtaking! We grilled on the rooftop overlooking the ocean with amazing sunsets! It was a quick 10 min walk to the beach and the host provides so many beach amenities to use! This house is a gem! Walking distance to Handles icecream shop, farmers markets, restaurants and so much more! The harbor is close by to either bike or walk, (yes, they even provided two beach bikes to use). Honestly, we were so set up with everything to help make our vacation over the top!! Theres so much more I could add here, best advice, go experience this luxury home for yourself! Thank you to Britt & Anthony for your thoughtfulness and providing such a beautiful place for us to stay!

Excellent accommodations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! They had everything we needed, including a really well fitted kitchen. We cooked most of our meals at home and they had every utensil, pan, and small appliance we needed - amazing. The beds were really comfortable. It was very easy to settle in and enjoy our stay. The location is excellent - easy walk to the beach, farmers markets, and easy freeway access. A couple of light bulbs were out and the owners responded with new ones within an hour. We would happily stay there again!

Great Location with Sunset views over the Pacific.

This property offers a lot of space and is in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked and mattresses and linens were of good quality. Beware, there are a lot of stairs, which was not an issue for us and we noticed there was an elevator (however we were not sure it was operating). Lots of restaurants were within easy walkability. Also, it was an easy stroll to the beach. Fun area!

Accurate description

We stayed at the townsite rental from October 14th through the 17th 2021. Although it was only an extended weekend we had a great time. The pictures are very accurate when describing the place. Although the grill is for common use among the various residents staying in the various rentals it all worked out. We were within walking distance to the beach as it was only about 2 blocks from the rental. There were a number of restaurants within walking distance as well. We really did not take our car out much during the time that we stayed in this rental. We also went to Sunset market which is like a farmers market with different types of foods, It is held every Thursday and it was again within walking distance for all of us. I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying at this rental.

Beautiful home!

We had a lovely time at your place. Everything was very well equipped kitchen & bathrooms. The stairs worked out perfect to tire out my twins. The only concern I had was there was ants in the kitchen and the blinds in the master bedroom fall off very easy. Other than those little things, excellent home.

This place was perfect for two couples to spend another New Year's together. There is a gas grill that we used often. If you can't do steps I don't recommend it. Anthony answered all questions and was on site often if we needed him. It is about 4 easy blocks to the beach. We will return next year.

Found our forever beach home away from home!ome

This was our 1st time renting a home instead of a hotel. We will forever rent from Britt and Susie! Theyre home was lovely! Theyre home was clean,bright welcoming and everything and MORE than we could have ever expected. We will be coming back hopefully a couple times a year! We have found our beach home away from home! Everything is in close proximity of the property. You can park your car in the garage and walk wherever u may need to go for your stay. Or take a bike and go on a nice ride😊. Business trip

This 3 level townhouse was exceptional for our business trip. The location is just a couple blocks from an short walk to the beach. Petite Madeline’s was an awesome breakfast place a couple blocks away. The view from the rooftop deck w a glass of wine was much appreciated after a long day of business meetings. The place is clean n had everything we needed. I would recommend.
