THE VIEW
This is a corner cottage unit on the North side of the complex facing the harbor. Enjoy wonderful harbor and ocean views from several windows and the large balcony! Get ready for amazing sunsets!

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features quartz countertops and custom cabinetry that allows for lots of extra storage space. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining area has seating for 4-6 people. There are also two additional spots at the bar for younger guests or for quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
The living area is comfortably furnished with brand new furniture that provides enough seating for 6 with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper and accent chairs. There is also a large 50-inch flat-screen Smart TV in the living room that you can use to log in and stream your favorite shows. The TV is also equipped with a cable package with 250+ channels.The fireplace is fully functional and available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bath is ensuite and features a large walk-in shower with a detachable wand shower head and the guest bath is in the hallway and has a combination tub/shower.

SLEEPING
G38 comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite has a comfortable King size bed with a new Coppertek cooling hybrid mattress as well as a 50-inch Smart TV, two large dressers, and stunning harbor and ocean views out the bedroom window. The second bedroom also has a flat-screen Smart TV and has a queen and twin beds to fit a variety of sleeping arrangement needs. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a top-of-the-line queen sofa sleeper.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with TWO assigned parking spaces in the underground garage next to the building. Your parking space is very close to the condo location which makes for easy loading/unloading
-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.
-G38 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment plus extras to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, a beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (6).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.​​​​​​​

LOCAL AREA
G38 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach.
