Summary:
You will absolutely love our beach front condo. Hip, modern, and close to everything, it's simply one of the best condos you can book. We recently completed a full renovation and now you can enjoy the modern beach condo in style and comfort. Whether it's beaches, surfing, eating or all of the above, this is the stay you have always dreamed of!

The Space:
Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This condo is part of a seven condo complex. In order to access the condo, you will need to descend two flights of stairs. The beach access is a further flight of stairs.

Guest Access:
Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.

Amazing location

This place was in such a great location! Steps to the beach, near the Pier, walking distance to the Top Gun house and great restaurants! Owners are very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here agian.

Great stay in Oside

My wife and I spent a long weekend in Oceanside and this place did not disappoint. The apartment is right on the beach with spectacular views. The place was very clean and our hosts Nick & Amy were friendly, helpful and quick to respond.Highly recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Delightful Find! Ocean View

Decided to make a quick trip down to Oside for the weekend. This place popped in my oceanfront search. I was confused at first because the Map lists it inland. Make no mistake.. this is Ocean Front! The condo is 10 steps from the beach which made setting up our beach gear a breeze. We could see our beach tent from the condo balcony. Condo is small, clean, and fully stocked. Loved watching the dolphins swim past in the evening. Bring a pair of binoculars for even better viewing. Food, coffee and shopping is all walking distance. Once we parked we didn’t turn our car on again. Will be booking here again! Great location and value. Thank you for the excellent communication and service.

Our stay at this property was nothing less than awesome. Everything one needs in a small beach condo was there, including beach chairs and towels. We were just step from the ocean and a short walk to the pier to play in the surf and watch some awesome sunsets. Parking was a breeze and plenty of dining options another short walk away. Next time I visit Oceanside, I'll be staying here!

We stay in Carlsbad every year. Decided to try something new. This place did not disappoint! It was a wonderful little surprise. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our getaway. I loved the patio and having the crashing waves to listen to in the mornings. Another bonus was the parking space! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. It was super cute, comfortable and perfect for our stay. The property was very clean. I could tell right away that the owners take care of this property. The ocean views were so pretty, I could just sit on the balcony and watch the waves all day long. The communication with the property manager was awesome. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries before the trip and were very helpful in providing all the necessary information for a smooth check-in. If we are ever in oceanside again we would love to stay here again!

Great location! Everything you need!

We loved our stay at City Beach House and can’t wait to come back. We were fortunate enough to book it last minute. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). The location was ideal. Steps to the beach, easy to run up to the restroom while on the beach and a close walk to shops and restaurant. There are a lot of extras included: -shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer provided -trash bags, some TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap, Clorox wipes, hand soap and some spices provided -coffee provided -4 beach towels and 2 beach chairs -well stocked kitchen -The closet is very large and it allowed us to store our belonging in there so we had more space. -The shower is huge! -AC is a plus! -Off street parking included. -Full size fridge with ice maker. -We didn’t use the washer/dryer but it was nice to know it was available. -Nick is very responsive and helpful. Some things to know before your stay so you can plan accordingly: -There is no outdoor shower to rinse sand off. We bought a bucket to rinse our feet in to try to keep it out of the apartment. -There is no BBQ so plan meals accordingly. -Bring something to store leftovers in (like Tupperware or ziplocks). -The kitchen is well stocked but does not have any baking sheets so plan accordingly. -Bring some extra TP. The only negative was the furniture was uncomfortable. The chair was very lumpy and couch had dent when sleeping on it. It would not deter us from booking again.

Oceanfront Beach House Fun

We loved our stay with Nick and Amy's unit. Waking up and watching the surfers was awesome! Location was a short walk to restaurants downtown and a block away from a sandy Beach! Enjoying coffee and watching the surfers and dolphins was the cherry on top! Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great place, can't beat the location!

Was very impressed by this little condo by the sea! The location is great! Literally steps away from the Strand and the Beach, which was our prime directive! Just a short walk to the park, pier and Mission street with lots of yummy eats. The condo was nicely updated and had all of the little amenities you could require. Coffee pot, toaster, hair dryer, the works! And the shower is huge, loved it! We did use the kitchen and cooked a few meals. It's cozy but has all you could need. Parking is tight, so keep that in mind if you have a large vehicle. Our full sized pickup was parked and remained in place for the duration of our stay. But really, there is no reason to drive anywhere as everything is so close. Check in and out was super easy and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Nick and Amy!

We enjoyed the beach view and amenities of this property. We had great communication with Nick, the property host. On a crowded holiday weekend it was great to have a short walk from the beach or restaurants back to the condo. Easily recommended.

Very clean unit with a great view to the ocean and literally steps to the Strand. Had beach chairs and towels to use at the beach which was a nice touch. Easy check-in and out and walking distance to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommended!

Was in Oceanside for our yearly summer visit to see family.

First time staying here..thought to give it a try. Was pleasantly surprised how much we loved it! We loved the convenience of being right across from the beach. Very clean and updated place. For a small unit, it was quite spacious. Had a laundry room which we need when traveling! We really enjoyed being there. Thank you!

Would book again!

Such a beautiful property and perfect location! Easy walk to downtown and just steps to the ocean. The place was so comfortable, newly remodeled and clean. I slept on the pullout couch which was surprisingly comfortable! The host was an excellent communicator and checked in with us daily to make sure we were ok with our accommodations. I will definitely be booking this place again in the future!
