The Blue Marlin - A113 at North Coast Village

This beautiful one bedroom, one bath beach condo affords great ocean views both from the balcony and from inside the condo! The living room is comfortable and stylish and features a sofa sleeper and 2 comfortable chairs. The dining table seats 4, plus 2 bar stools. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances, and is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and serving pieces for the chef in your party. The bedroom offers a king size beds and more ocean views.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

The A Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has been re-done, and it is gorgeous!

North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, ping pong, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with ping pong, billiards and Foosball.

Parties or events are not allowed at this property.

The MainStreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California!

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

Within walking distance is the beach with wood fire pits and barbecues, premier bars and restaurants, the Pier, the harbor, the San Luis Rey estuary and bike trail, the Strand, and the train station (Amtrak, Coaster, Sprinter, and Metrolink).

Great location. Walking distance to the beach, Harbor, pier and many restaurants and coffee shops. But also short drving distance to several Missions and Attractions such as Balboa Park, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Temecula wine country, as well as the airport. While there were plenty of fans to keep you comfortable, it would be nice to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom so that you could hear the ocean waves as well. The only negative is that I would have preferred self check in, rather than the waiting and long walk to pick up keys.

We liked the easy beach access, garage parking and all the extra amenities. The condo was very clean and well equipped. There is only one ceiling fan so the apartment got very stuffy in the afternoon and evening so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. An additional fan or two would make a big difference. Also the sofa bed needs to be upgraded. If the unit is listed as sleeping 4 then the sofa bed should be usable since there is only one bedroom.

The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect location and about 3 minute walk to the beach. It was a little warm during our trip and my only note is that there was no ceiling fan in the bedroom and it was just a little warm. There were two fans in the room available for our use though and they were perfect for while we slept. We had my 8 month old son so I would have probably brought an additional fan for him to keep air circulating in the condo if I realized there was only one fan. Obviously most places near the water don’t have AC and I think the timing of our visit was unusually warm so this was no fault of the owner! Clean property and plenty of space with beautiful view of the water!
