There are also 3 bar stools at the counter that are perfect for quick bites or those with younger guests.

You'll feel at ease in the large statement sleeper sofa or the charming rattan chairs that provide plenty of room for everyone to socialize or unwind after a long day in the waves. A large flat-screen Smart TV, with complimentary Cable including Showtime and HBO, provides endless entertainment options. For cooler evenings or simply to provide ambiance, there is a fully functional fireplace available for guest use.

G35 comfortably sleeps four guests. Retreat to the primary bedroom where tranquility reigns with a luxurious king bed, a large closet, and a 32-inch Smart TV ensuring a restorative sanctuary. Awake refreshed to the morning light that gently floods through the windows, promising a new day of adventures on the coast. Loved this unit! We stay at North Coast Village regularly and this is a great unit.

Let me start with the location, A+. Doesn’t get any better. Easy to walk out to the beach and to get Instacart or Grubhub delivered to your patio. Sunset viewing is amazing. The bed is very comfy. Even the pull out had a nice mattress. It’s still a sofa bed with not enough support for me but the 9 year old loved it. The shower head wasn’t bad and created enough pressure to rinse my hair. There are a lot of newer renovations but there are still things that could use updating. The heater in the living room didn’t work but the gas fireplace does work and puts out good heat. And was just really pretty and cozy. Our first night was very windy and the wind just howled through the front door. Nothing a little weather stripping won’t fix. Appliances are older and have rust on/in them but they work. The only thing that would make me hesitate staying here again is that on our last night someone checked in above us and the ceiling/floor must be very thin. We could hear EVERYTHING. Could even hear them talking (in a normal voice) but couldn’t quite make out what they were saying. Couldn’t hear the neighbors next door despite them having 2 having kids. We had booked an extra night to be able to stay all day on our last day and we didn’t hear too much from above that last day/evening. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. It was well worth the rate we paid. The only reason I would hesitate to come back is that I’m a very light sleeper and need quiet to sleep.
