Enjoy porcelain wood flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. This beautifully upgraded kitchen is also equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot, Keurig, and everything you need to serve up some tasty meals!

The dining area comfortably seats 6 and there are also 2 additional spots at the bar for quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable seating arrangements for 6. Relax in the large sectional couch with oversized cushions and a chaise lounge. Unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TV. Cable TV with 250+ channels is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day, or to create an ambiance, there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

SLEEPING
F312 is set up to sleep 6 guests with a Cali king bed in the master bedroom and a queen and twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. The bedrooms also host large smart TVs with basic cable. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This way, no matter your group configuration, there's a setup that works for everyone.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
