We stayed here for 4 nights. The house was in excellent condition and the views from the deck were beautiful, especially at sunset. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds and sofas very comfortable. Having a garage was key. There are tons of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. The only minor thing is the beach chairs were somewhat broken, but we only did the beach 1 day and we made it work. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay :)

Spacious with lovely views

This property was very easy to access anything you would want to do in Oceanside. Private parking is a huge bonus! Lovely home, comfortable, clean and just what we needed to spend time together but with enough space to spend time doing our own things as well.

Perfect location for the Half Ironman!

Great location for the Half Ironman as well as any other visit to Oceanside. Beautiful views, easy walk to shopping, dining and the beach! Loved sitting on the upper deck and watching the sunset!

Excellent Stay

We stayed in the first night & went out the second night. it was a short stay (weekend) but we had stayed there before. The process of getting the reservation was easy, the stay was superb (plenty of plates, glasses, utensils - we forgot condiments!), & the exit was easy. We went out on a tour - Oceanside Whale Watching - didn't see any whales but saw a school of dolphins who followed the boat. Overall, it was a great weekend!

Simply Spectacular

This house was huge and oh so clean. The location was outstanding and the neighborhood quiet. The views cannot be beat. My only lament was that the bedroom with the greatest view did not have a bathroom.

Awesome Weekend Getaway!!

Beautiful large home perfect for multiple couples or families! Great location with easy beach access and close to restaurants and shops. Everything was as advertised, check in was a breeze and Kim (host)responded quickly regarding our parking inquiry. The home is beautifully furnished and bedrooms and restrooms were decorated comfortably and everything we needed was available!

Beautiful beachouse, great location

Spacious and airy house across the street from the beach. Walking distance to the very cute downtown of Oceanside. The beach isn’t wide and gets busy, but it was great for our young kids to play in the sand and surf. The house is in great condition and was perfect for a nice family weekend away.

Great House

The house was beautiful. Great location. Easy check in. Host was very responsive. 4.5 stars would most accurate - only falls short of full 5 for a couple reasons. 1. Fireplace was not working. There was a label on the wall stating as much - so clearly was a known issue. I understand these things happen - but might have been nice to just offer us a heads up and an apology. Especially since it’s center piece of the main room. 2. Similarly to above - we found out upon arrival that use of the hot tub was an additional fee. Bit of a bummer for such an expensive rental. Host offered free use for a 5 star review - which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Overall great place and very clean and well maintained. Minor issues as noted above.

Beautiful and convenient location. The house itself has a great layout on the inside for multiple different couples or families vacationing together. We had a great time! Only downfall was we weren’t informed that the hot tub wasn’t working and that was one of the reasons we chose that VRBO.

So happy we chose to stay in this amazing home. Had everything we needed and more. Super location, soft comfy beds, gorgeous furnishings and the sunset views were spectacular. Excellent Lady’s Getaway Location!

All 6 of us ladies absolutely loved our stay in this fantastic property overlooking the beach and pier in Oceanside! Super clean, super comfortable, and super good location! We easily walked or drove wherever we needed to go. Secure parking in garage. Lots of great local eateries! When we had questions, Kim was immediately responsive We hope to make this an annual destination!

Our stay in Oceanside was great. Kim responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. The house was absolutely perfect. The kids played at the beach right in front of the house. Some of us took a surf lesson from Learn to Surf. We highly recommend it. We will stay again. Thanks Kim!!
