"At approximately 1:30am we were rudely awakened by the sound of the door opening and then a group of people entered our room who then apologized and said they were given the same room number with matching faub key. I then received a phone call from somebody at the front desk who was extremely apologetic about the incident. "Room smelled really bad. There wasnt a bottom sheet on the bed. The pool had been torn out but was advertised as one of the amenities. The people in the room above us were extremely loud. Tried to call the front desk but the phone was not working. There wasnt enough parking and had to park on the street. The property wasnt well secured. If I could I would get my money back."
