  • Venga a disfrutar de la belleza de nuestra encantadora casa de playa frente al mar.

    Esta casa de temática náutica está completamente amueblada, bien equipada y lista para usted.  Por favor, póngase en contacto con nosotros para más detalles. 

    Nuestro dormitorio principal alberga una cama king-size junto con un gran vestidor y baño completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo, y nuestro tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales para dormir a nuestros huéspedes más jóvenes. Hay un segundo cuarto de baño completo con bañera y ducha de invitados.

    Sobre el garaje tenemos un estudio que gentilmente acomodará a cuatro invitados más. Tiene una cama queen y dos camas gemelas. Este espacio separado se completa con otra cocina y baño completo.

    Te invitamos a que seas nuestro invitado y disfrutes de tus vacaciones en la costa. 

    Nosotros, los propietarios, no publicitamos nuestra casa en Craigslist; si la encuentra allí, contáctenos.
    Tenga en cuenta que: esta playa permite que los vehículos conduzcan cerca del borde de las aguas, y eso es aproximadamente la longitud de un campo de fútbol (no se permite que los automóviles suban por las casas). Perfect family place

We rented this for our daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly. It was perfectly appointed and had literally everything we could possible need. It was wonderful.

This place was great! While it has some wear and tear due to being close to the beach, the location is fantastic and it has plenty of beds for all 8 of our group. It it located literally on the beach. This is the only beach where cars can drive on, but we were still able to place our towels in between some cars and enjoy the beach.The owners had high standards in terms of rules but they weren't as daunting as they seem.I recommend this place if you want to be right on the beach with a very large group.

The perfect view

This property was exactly as described, if not better! The back patio deck was perfect, large with no obstructing views. Our family spent more time visiting on the back deck enjoying the ocean view.

Comfortable home on the beach

This was a great vacation rental that suited our multi-generation family of 4 couples for grad weekend very well. It was a nice distance away from campus to be able to get away from SLO and enjoy our time together during the hectic weekend.

Great Beachfront Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beachfront home. We went for the 4th of July and we had a great view of the Pismo Pier fireworks. I highly recommend this home and the owners were very easy to work with.

Great location and property

Our family of 10 had a great time staying at this property at oceano. The hosts were great, everything was as per the listing, comfortable, well equipped house. The location is unbeatable. Strongly Recommend for a great family time.

Great place. Very roomy. You don’t feel stacked on top each other. The deck is a great spot even though you can’t really see the beach. The dune keeps the noise from the cars out but you’re still close enough to walk out there in just a minute. Everything was well organized. Floorboard on the first step to living room is wobbly.

Fantastic Stay in Oceano

We had a fantastic time! Location was perfect. It was very nice having the sand dunes be our backyard, and being steps away from the ocean. The neighborhood was quiet, which added to our relaxing vacation. House and amenities were exactly as listed. The owner was very easy to work with. Can't wait to stay here again!

Fantastic place, fantastic views

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone loved being able to step off the deck and into the soft sand. The kids had so much fun. The adults loved the serenity of the views. And the whale watching was unexpected and great fun. Hope to go back again.

Amazing time with family. We were a family of 5 and celebrated a birthday week. It was very quiet, no neighbors around and felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Private and peaceful. Although there are sand dunes which block the view of the ocean (you have to walk up to see the shoreline) it was for the better as it also block the wind and allowed us to bbq and enjoy dinner on the deck. We forgot firewood and were able to Uber eats some firelogs from the nearby Vons. Overall it was a great experience and we will plan to visit again next year.

Perfect Beach Home Getaway

The property had amazing views and backyard access to the beach. We all enjoyed the activities they had to offer near by. All within walking distance. Mornings we started with a nice cup of brew in the patio area in the backyard. And nights were filled with a great time and conversations around the fire pit.

Beautiful and memorable!

We celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday and it was great! My siblings and I wanted to give our mom a quiet and peaceful place to celebrate on the beach, since that’s her favorite place to be. The home was as described and had everything we needed to make it a memorable weekend. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy being with family. We look forward to another visit next summer!

Super cool location and plenty of beds

We stayed here with some of our bridal party for our wedding weekend and loved the property! Right on the dunes, an awesome bbq place and Mexican restaurant down the street, and lots of comfy beds! Kitchen had what we needed and the house was clean. Make sure you bring your own towels! Beach towels are not provided.

Listing was 100% accurate. Amazing home.

The listing was so accurate, it really helped with planning what to bring, etc. We don't have any complaints about any part of our stay. It was 4 couples that stayed here, and we knew the bed situation was better geared towards families with kids, but it worked out for us very well. We've rented from these folks before and will rent from them again. Thank you, Maddox family!

Beautiful beach!

The house was great, it was big enough to sleep 10 comfortably and the apartment above was spacious and quiet. Very well stocked and clean. They let us check in early which was a wonderful bonus. Oceano dunes is a very unique place to stay. The dunes keeps the beach in front of the properties private and protected from the wind, but then the car beach stays busy. If you have a 4x4 it’s a neat experience.

Girls Trip

This was 2nd visit to this house for a girls trip( a return trip that says something) The location and the amount of beds and baths are what you are paying for. For the group I was with this house was fantastic. The 4 stars on the cleaning is because 2 of the gals walked barefoot in the house the 1st night we were there and the bottoms of their feet were filthy ( neither had gone out on the deck that day) Again you can not beat the location of this house. The view is great

Fantastic stay!

We celebrated our son’s college graduation at the Oceano beach house. We had 9 people in our party and found this house extremely comfortable, spacious, clean, and enjoyed the lovely views from the deck. Tammy was extremely easy to communicate with and super generous and kind with some of our requests. I only wish that we had several extra days after the graduation to just enjoy the house. We will return again. Thank you again, Tammy!

Want to feel loved?

When you walk into this home, just know the pictures do not do it justice. This home is so well up-kept and you can literally feel peace and love when you walk through the door. We kept my adult daughter, her best friend, and my grandson in the upstairs apartment and my husband, myself and my best friend stayed in the main home. We enjoyed the salty air and sand in our toes on the back porch. We had an issue with the neighbor but Tammy took care of it immediately! Tammy is quick to respond to texts and will answer your call by the second ring. Tammy really did seem like an angel on earth and I am so glad she was our host. I could not have asked for anything greater or more. Everything was perfect!!!
