Welcome to the Tropical Beach House!

Located just 3 miles from the infamous 'Quiet Resorts' at Bethany Beach this spacious, bright and airy contemporary beach house offers you a bit of Margaritaville charm and a whole lot of fun!

Enjoy your time at the beach or relax poolside in a private, in-ground pool surrounded by lush, professionally designed gardens. Includes an expansive deck equipped with retractable awning, outside tables, seating and gas grill.

The interior features soaring ceilings in the LR, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large island with seating and open to a spacious dining area for comfortable dining and entertainment. Additional interior features include:

* Two story tile foyer with powder room

* Master Bedroom Suite - located poolside on main level with King sized bed, two night stands, dresser with mirror, armoire w/42' flat screen TV, lamps, ceiling fan, sliders to deck and newly renovated private full bath with stand up shower.

*2nd and 3rd Bedrooms - located on upper level, one with Queen bed and one with 2 Full sized beds. Each with night stands, lamps, dressers, ceiling fan, and TV. One with views of bay and other with view of pool.

* Hall Full Bath - upper level, extra wide vanity with granite counter top, ceramic tile floor and tub/shower combo with sliding glass shower doors.

* Loft - with twin daybed.

* Updated Kitchen - Large Island with breakfast bar and 3 bar stools, Granite Counters, Stainless Steel Appliances, Tile backsplash, Recessed & Under Cabinet Lighting and Ceramic Tile Flooring.

* 4-Season Sunroom Off Kitchen/Dining Area Overlooking Pool with Cathedral Ceiling and Ceramic Tile Floor. Furnished with Wicker Sofa & Love Seat, 2 Chairs, cocktail table, end tables, lamps, Glass Topped Dining Table with Seating for 4 and Hunter Douglas remote controlled blinds, 32" TV.

This was the perfect vacation retreat. The house was very clean, spacious, and the pool was gorgeous. It was one of the hottest weeks of the summer, so the pool along with the central air kept us all very comfortable for the whole week. Relaxing

House was as advertised. Very comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The absolute best part was the pool. We spent a lot of time in it daily after the beach. It was nice being able to extend outdoor time while still staying cool. Would absolutely love to return in the future.

The beach house is very clean and well-kept located in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed the pool and made good use out of it. The proximity of the house to beaches, walking trails and restaurants is a definite plus. Happy with our choice.

House was great for a family trip and as good as shown.

The house overall was great for my family and I to have a beach vacation. The drive to the beach isn't bad and the included parking pass is a big plus. The only downfall was we couldn't find the switch for the awning and when I reached out to the owner I did not get a response. Also, there was no propane left in the tank, so we were unable to use the flattop while there.

Lovely beach home

We enjoyed our stay at Carol and Bob's house very much! The pool is great. The home is roomy and the kitchen is well equipped. The door alarms come in handy with small children. Our weather wasn't the greatest but we were able to use the pool on cloudy days. Not a long drive to the beach. Well worth the money.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I and my brother and his wife returned for another great visit to this wonderful Bethany Beach area home. The house has everything you need to enjoy a week away at the beach, and when you tire of the beach you get to come back to the backyard deck and pool and relax some more. A very quiet neighborhood, and yet just a few miles from the restaurants and shops of Bethany, Fenwick and Ocean City. We really appreciate the opportunity to stay here, and the owners are a delight.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home with lovely upgrades. Clean and welcoming. This was our second stay and we loved our time there. Owner is friendly and very accommodating. Pool was a huge hit with everyone. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. A great vacation spot!
