Relax at the Beach over looking the Bay

When you need a relaxing beach get away, look no further. We are located in a quiet neighborhood right on the bay and very close to Bethany Beach. The views from our roof top decks will inspire your journey to relaxation. Our property has outdoor ring spotlight/doorbell cameras for your safety.

They drop off Linens at the house and pick them up when you are done. Very easy and they rent anything else you might need. check out their website. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, well kept and great location. Our code did not work for check in but the owner took care of that as quickly as possible. Tennis court code was incorrect, but we were still able to enjoy all the amenities.

I had an amazing stay with my family at this home! The home is incredibly spacious, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and it’s even better than the photos. The highlight was definitely the view. Waking up to the view of the bay every morning was unforgettable. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful surroundings!

Mothers Getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful! We did not expect there to be so much stairs especially since we had 3 babies traveling with us. We were notified 2 days before arrival that the linen and paper products (paper towel, toilet paper etc) would not be provided. I wish that information would have been available to us prior to booking so that we would have been better prepared. Otherwise we loved the house it was beautiful and clean and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Extended Family Getaway

This is our second trip to the Walter’s Beach House. We love it there. Everyone has there own bedrooms and bathrooms! The living room/kitchen/dinning room floor is the perfect place for everyone to gather for meals. This year we didn’t have rain so we were able to enjoy the decks on the roof. The views are unreal! One of the reasons that we decided to go back to this house is how close it is to the bike/walking trails. Some in our group even biked to the marina near the Indian River Inlet Bridge. We can’t say enough good things about this families hospitality. We will definitely be looking to return next year.

Beautiful home!

Very spacious and beautifully updated home on the bay! Our group included four families with young children and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped and having two ovens was extremely helpful! Would love to return in the future and would highly recommend!

Great Getaway Location

This house immaculate and the location is great, just a quick drive to the beach. Our family gathered to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary by doing a joint beach vacation. We couldn't be happier with the house, location, and the responsiveness of the owners. We had a minor problem accessing the house at check-in, but the owners were very accessible and helped resolve the issue immediately. Thank you for letting our family enjoy your beautiful home!

Gorgeous house

This house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and in a perfect location. It is only a 10 minutes drive to a supermarket, liquor store, gas station and Beach! We like to go to the the Indian River Inlet beach because of the proximity and there’s plenty of parking. The Big Chill is located there which is great for using the bathroom or getting a bite to eat. We loved our stay and would go back again! 😊

Fantastic weeklong beach getaway

We love staying at this property. We’ve got a big group with grandparents and several grandkids. This is our 2nd time staying and the place is great. Very clean and plenty of room for our big group. Also just a short drive to Bethany, which is our favorite beach. All in all, a fantastic place to stay! Can’t wait to be back again next year!
