Experience breathtaking water views from every window in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit located in Bethany Bay. Begin your day with a serene sunrise on the back screened-in porch, and wind down with a captivating sunset from the front deck.

Our community offers a plethora of amenities including a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, and boat ramp. Explore nature trails spanning 420 acres, kayak through White’s Creek, or enjoy a round of golf on the executive golf course. Bethany Beach is perfect for soaking up the sun, while Rehoboth Beach outlet shopping is just 10 miles away, and Ocean City is a short 17-mile drive.

For culinary enthusiasts, our home is equipped with everything you need, from blenders to ice cream makers — plus, the kitchen was completely renovated in 2025 with modern upgrades to make meal prep a breeze. Dine in the updated eat-in kitchen, on the front deck, or the back porch. If you prefer dining out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Entertainment options include books, games, a cooler, beach umbrella, and two beach chairs.

Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are not included but may be rented locally at Coastal Beach Service or Sheets at the Beach.

A $25 per person fee applies for pool use, and pets are considered with an additional pet fee.

For those traveling with pets, we welcome your furry friends with prior approval. Simply send an inquiry by clicking "Ask Owner a Question" before booking.

This was a great place to stay with two 5-year olds. They were delighted to find CANDY LAND provided. We were there when Hurricane Erin closed the beach, but we still had a good time. Bethany Bay is very family friendly and it was a great place to bring kids. The condo was clean and what we expected. Wish we could have spent more time at the very nice pool, but the weather did not cooperate. We are thinking of making this an annual vacation.

Pam and Ray’s condo was clean and well maintained - we had a great time! The location was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing, but still not far from the beach and hubbub the kids enjoy. The pool was a big hit too. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome Vacation Spot

We loved our stay! The condo was lovely, spacious and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful- we especially loved the screened in patio.
