  • Welcome to this water front cozy retreat, just 5 minutes to Bethany Beach and where the sunset views paint the sky. Dog friendly up to 40 pounds for your stay, with a fee, this 4-bedroom cottage offers a peaceful escape with all the essentials for a laid-back getaway including 3 kayaks and vests for your use. It's located in the Piney Point community away from the hustle and bustle of main roads, yet just 5 minutes to Bethany Beach and provides a quiet, peaceful escape while remaining conveniently close to stores and restaurants. The grocery store is just 3 minutes away. Rehoboth Beach and the tax free outlet malls are just 20 minutes up the road.

    Inside, exposed wooden beams give it that classic cottage charm, while the spacious front and rear porches invite you to unwind with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Step inside to find a comfortable living space with a 4 seasons room, perfect for quiet moments or family gatherings.

    The sleeping arrangements are simple yet comfortable, with a full bed in the 1st bedroom, a bunk bed in the 2nd sleeping 2, another full bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen bed in the 4th bedroom. Two hallway bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests.**Please bring your own linens and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. ** If you prefer to rent, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.

    Starters of toilet paper and paper towel are provided. Please bring extra.

    Enjoy the modest kitchen with all you need to cook and serve 8 and cozy dining area. Spend your days exploring the bay by kayak (3 one person kayaks and life vests provided), lounging on the deck, or rinsing off under the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. A propane barbecue is available for your use. If you're seeking a no-fuss retreat focusing on stunning views and outdoor adventures, you've found your perfect spot.



    This home can be rented with the 2 bedroom home across the way sleeping 4 if it's available, but no pets there please.



    Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Every day of your stay, your group has access to one pass PER ACTIVITY, PER HOME. The following activities are included subject to change:

    The daily value of these is over $300 in season and $150 off season. You'll receive instructions after you book.

The home and location were great. Close to everything. We really enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us on vacation. Would stay here again.

Adorable Rustic, knotty pine cottage. Well maintained and clean. Property location was perfect. Remote, quiet neighborhood right on the water. Short drive to popular areas such as Dewey and Bethany Beach. Being able to kayak and fish in the bay right from the backyard was a major plus. And the views from yard were amazing. Would recommend for families traveling with dogs, looking for a nice, relaxing, peaceful getaway.

If you are looking for a rental that feels like a true home away from home, this is it! From the moment we walked through the door, we were completely captivated by the incredible charm and character of this house. It has so much personality, with thoughtful details and a warm, inviting vibe that immediately puts you into vacation mode.The absolute highlight of our stay was the outdoor space. The spacious decks are perfect for everything from your morning coffee to an evening glass of wine. And the views are absolutely unmatched. Facing the water, we were treated to some of the most breathtaking sunsets I have ever seen. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Having high-quality extra amenities like an outdoor grill, beach chairs, kayaks, and life jackets ready for us to use was a huge bonus and saved us so much hassle (and money!) on rentals. We were so sad to leave and are already looking at the calendar to book our next stay here. Don't hesitate on this one. It's an absolute treasure!
