We invite you to stay at our family beach home. We have given our home the name Latitude Adjustment for many reasons. Most notably staying at the beach has always been a way for us to reconnect as a family and forget all of the outside stress.

***If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee will be included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add a second dog please contact us.***

Guests will enjoy 4 separate bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in our large three story town home. The bedrooms feature (2) Kings, (3) queens, (2) Twins. Comfortably sleeping 10 adults. Creekside community offers a wonderful pool and small boat ramp for all your water activities, when you aren't hitting the beach.

We are conveniently located 2 miles from Bethany Boardwalk and close enough to walk to amenities including (2) grocery stores, Starbucks, Fractured Prune, Hooked Up, Fox Pizza, Bonkeys Ice Cream, and Banks Liquor store.

We have recently upgraded many items in our house including brand new appliances throughout the house, high end cookware, 55" 4K Smart TV featuring DirecTV, and a large dinning table to seat all your friends and family.

After many years of vacationing at the shore in Delaware we have come to love the unique amenities of Bethany Beach. Come stay and find out for yourself.

Family trip

This home was wonderful. If you don’t like being close to the boardwalk and congestive beach traffic this place is perfect. The home was bright and open floor plan was so accommodating. Also so many things to do no one could be bored.

Perfect family beach vacation. The host had a game room with darts, shuffleboard, and Cornhole! Plus, beach material for playing in the sand and throwing a frisbee along with four folding chairs!The community pool was wonderful just a short walk with fishing Dock next to it. Beautiful rental with all the accommodations necessary for vacation.! The back deck had a huge picnic bench with extra chairs for easily accommodate a very large family! I personally enjoyed sitting out in the morning with my coffee. Listen to the birds, singing

Labor Day

The townhouse was very spacious, plenty of room for our family of five, with everything we needed (as advertised). The property is dog friendly and the community was great for walking my dog! They even have puppy waste stations which makes it very convenient to clean up after your pet. The pool was very clean and in close proximity to the townhouse. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond for scheduling and check-in purposes. Only downside for me, which is no reflection on the property owner, was that I picked the week of Labor Day to travel as opposed to the week of Columbus Day (like I normally do). Traffic was more hectic than I was used to and there was emergency response alarms going off constantly in the area. The upside for me was the warmer weather and the opportunity to make more use of the beach and the pool. Great time overall. We love Bethany Beach, so we’ll be back!

Great Vacation!

We had a great family vacation - property was close to Bethany and Rehoboth beaches and within walking distance to the grocery store and other spots. The pool was a great option for non-beach days and we had lots of room to spread out in the house. Thank you!

Friends Getaway

The townhouse itself was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 7 kids. Kids LOVED the downstairs bedroom. Everything was very clean and kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for making meals. The owner was great too and helpful with reminders of when to get the trash out. The o Lu downside was the location. We typically go to Seashore state park so the drive was a little further than we would’ve liked and traffic seemed backed up all the time. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Nice place at the beach

Twelve of us spent the week together and enjoyed the home, community, pool, and amenities. The kitchen was stocked, the house was clean, and had ample space for 3 families. It was a great time and we would stay here again.

Great family vacation

The townhouse was very clean. There were 10 of us and the open design gave us plenty of room. We did not feel crowded at all. The lower level bedroom was absolutely fantastic for the kids. They loved having their own bedroom and at the same time being together. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Game room was a plus. Totally recommend. Would stay again!

Awesome stay at the Latitude Adjustment

Perfect! The property is well maintained and the owner was excellent communicating all important/ relevant information timely and accurately This is our 2nd annual trip and it easily holds our family of 6 adults and 3 kids Minutes away from Bethany beach and the Stateparks as well as lots of restaurants/ bars and grocery stores (Salted rim/ Off the hook/unhooked/ Amato were some of our favs)
