Enjoy this rare single family home rental in the highly sought-after community of Bethany Bay! This stylish 3- bedroom home overlooks the 4th hole green of the executive 9-hole, par 3 golf course. NO STEPS, as you are located on a charming cul-de-sac with private driveway and garage. Perfect for family vacation, golf/tennis trips, guys/girl’s weekend or just a getaway to work remotely. While there, explore the private nature trails, and Indian River with beautiful scenery, abundant with water and wildlife views.

The home has an open floor plan with large kitchen and connecting bar and bar stools to living space and dining room. The sun room is perfect for morning coffee overlooking the golf course and pond with a running fountain. Enjoy a cocktail on the back deck in the evening and if you want to eat in, fire up the grill while you watch the sun go down. Kitchen is fully equipped for all meals and features stove, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave and full sets of dishes and silverware. SmartTV with Netlix, Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Wifi are included for your entertainment. The master bedroom features a king bed and separate bathroom with jetted tub and shower and double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen and third has two twin beds, with a bathroom located in the hall adjacent. The sofa bed also has a queen for additional sleeping room.

Bethany Bay is a private and quiet community that is a short drive to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. There are amenities here for everyone to include a large Swimming Pool/Kiddie Pool and Hot Tub, Tennis courts, Pickleball Courts, Basketball, Volleyball, Playground and Fitness Center. Renters will have access to Kayak and Paddleboard and all equipment for amenities to include tennis and pickleball rackets and balls as well as basketball and volleyball. We also have two bikes, beach chairs, towels and cooler. The Golf course is also available for use for minimal fee and best of all, golf cart is included in this rental!! Even if you don’t play golf, take a drive around the community, and watch the sunrise and sunset. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding steps away from the house and explore small beaches right within the community as well.

We have stayed in Bethany Bay several times, but this was our first single family home rental. We missed our usual view of White Creek and Indian River Bay, but this house backs up to the No. 3 green which is quite nice.

This was the perfect house! We stayed with my family of 4 and my older parents. It was perfect for them because of the single floor space. The golf cart was a highlight. The surrounding property was beautiful, well taken care of and easy to use. Being able to being our dog was also wonderful. We had easy access to the bay and quick drive to the ocean. The garage was full of everything you need for the activities on the grounds and for the beach. We loved the bikes too. The place was beautiful, clean and felt very safe. The owner was the best. Easy to communicate with and happy to assist or give advice. We will come back!!

Everything You Need

This was the most accommodating and amenity rich VRBO I've ever stayed at. They had everything you could ask for and in a great location. Pool, fitness, golf, courts, trails all within walking distance. Garage stocked full of items any beach goer could ask for! The communication was excellent! Great location for us! Not nearly as busy as Rehoboth beach area, but still plenty to do and a short 10 minute drive to Bethany Beach or our favorite, the beach at Big Chill! Would HIGHLY recommend if you're looking to show up, and have everything you need to relax!

Beautiful property outside of Bethany Beach

We had a great stay. House was very clean even though they accept pets (including our dog). The community is very quiet with nice amenities. It's a bit of a drive to the beach and the road is pretty busy, but house is very close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Shannon was incredibly responsive and helpful.

The house is very nice and in a great community! The back deck looks at the 4th green and it’s nice to sit and people watch. The house is very spacious and had a nice sunroom to enjoy evening games or morning coffee. The golf cart is a major plus since this neighborhood is so big but this home is nice and close to the pool, playground and basketball / tennis courts. The people in this community are very friendly too. The beach/ boardwalk are not far (15 minutes) and there is a store and other things really close by.Shannon was very responsive and was able to help us when we reached out. We enjoyed staying here as this is the second time we have stayed in this community.

Great package!

We stayed here for a family vacation with an infant for a few days. House had all amenities needed, it is one block from the pool as well! Great Weber grill. Easy drive to supermarkets, Bethany beach, Rehoboth and Fenwick! Highly recommended!!! Only wish is that it was slightly bigger so we could have even more family come next time! Shannon you’re amazing!!!!

July Beach Week

We had a great vacation week and enjoyed the rental. The host was very available through the messaging system and was responsive to all questions. Having sheets and towels was very helpful and also the beach chairs. The home was very clean and convenient to our activities. Bethany Bay is a comfortable community with many ammenities. It would have been more convenient to have 2 keys.

Beautiful home with the best amenities

This is our second time staying in this lovely, well Appointed home! Close to the ocean and all Bethany has to offer, yet offers a beautiful, peaceful community with golf course, pool etc The home is very tastefully decorated with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay! The host is very accommodating with great communication! Looking forward to a return trip!

Excellent stay

What a wonderful vacation for my family. Not only was the house super clean but it had everything we needed and then some. Paddleboard, kayak, beach chairs, towels, board games, a record player (yes thats right vinyl records), a karaoke machine and of course a golf cart to use. The community is amazing; pool access, great par3 golf course and right on the bay. A quick 5 minute drive to the beach. Shannon was quick to respond and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home in a lovely community

Shannon and Lester's home was a great "beach base" for our family. It's in a lovely, quiet golf community, sheltered from the touristy hubbub of the beach towns, while still being conveniently close to the shore. We enjoyed visiting the different State Park beaches up and down Route 1, as well as the boardwalks and shopping in both Bethany and Rehoboth, all within an easy drive. In the evening, it was an easy (and fun!) golf cart ride over to the pool to cool off and relax. The house is well equipped; chairs and coolers for the beach, rackets and balls for tennis and pickle-ball (yay!), and lots of other fun extras. We enjoyed feeding the turtles and the fish in the pond out back while sitting in the shade of the umbrella. Shannon was very responsive and helpful with any needs. Book with confidence!

Great get away location

Cute beach house in a location easily accessible to Bethany, S. Bethany, and Fenwick beaches and Ocean City, MD. My family and I enjoyed being out at the beaches during the day and coming back to the large community pool that had tables, umbrellas, and beach chairs. Loved traveling around the community on the golf cart. Rode the 2 bikes throughout the community. Nice deck with grill to cook up easy dinners. Encountered ants in the kitchen for 3 days when we first arrived; sprayed and put out traps which resolved the issue. Shannon, property owner, was very responsive to my communications leading up to and during our stay. Quiet and well kept neighborhood. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, mini golf, ice cream, etc.

Enjoyable stay

Shannon was extremely responsive and made the process easy. The home was spacious and well decorated. It had all of the amenities you could need. The pool was a favorite for my son. It was also a short drive to the grocery store and a great local creamery. A short direct drive to the beach. I would recommend if you want a quiet location with space and with a short drive to the beach and restaurants.
