    This waterfront condo at Bethany Bay is the perfect destination for your coastal getaway! Showcasing beautiful views of Indian River Bay from the private, screened-in balcony, this spacious escape also boasts on-site access to fabulous community amenities including an outdoor pool, sports and recreation courts, and a Par-3 golf course. Catch-and-release fishing is also available at the entrance to the community. Nearby, you'll be less than six miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and just a short drive from Ocean View's shops, breweries, and dining options. Inside, the bright interior welcomes you in with its cheery nautical theme and modern must-haves like central air-conditioning, internet access, and a washer/dryer. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy evening entertainment and fireside gatherings in the living room equipped with comfortable seating and a smart TV. A restful night's slumber is inevitable in each of the four bedrooms come evening. Rest, dream, and repeat - another day in paradise! Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests do not have access to the fitness center at Bethany Bay. Pool hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A fob is required to enter facilities and is included with the rental. Fee assessed for any lost or stolen fobs. This unit is located on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator in the building. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. You must be 25 or older to rent this property.

This condo was spotless, well stocked, spacious, comfortable beds, great location, peaceful area, great views, great communication...overall, just wonderful! Would love to come & stay again in the future!

Fishing Trip

A group of us booked this place for two nights. We fish out of Indian River Marina, use the pool, and played nine holes of golf. The place is very clean and big enough to accommodate all of us. We will more than likely book again in the future.

Nice home

The home was spacious enough for 8 people. Quiet neighborhood. All linens, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps were included. Owners were in touch immediately if we had any questions.

Very Nice Property

We had an amazing time in Bethany Beach. This is a beautiful and very clean house. The house is big enough to accommodate my family of 10. Having 4 full bathroom is a great feature and made our stay more comfortable. The house comes with pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and plates. we also love the amenities included in the rental (community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, volleyball courts etc). This is a great choice when visiting Bethany Beach.
