Beautiful SF Home in Bear Trap Dunes - Close to pool & beach shuttle stop

5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath single family home located in the wonderful community of Bear Trap Dunes - offering many attractive community amenities: indoor and outdoor (seasonal) community pool including kiddie pool, community hot tub, exercise room and tennis courts, golf & playgrounds. Community shuttle (seasonal- ends labor day) that takes you right into downtown Bethany and back. Amenities fee required to access pool, gym, and shuttle - $50.00 or $60.00 per person (depending on season) ages 4 and up for the week (only have to pay for those people who will use amenities at the same time) charged by and payable directly to Bear Trap Dunes.

Approximately 3 miles to downtown Bethany and the beach.

2 master bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) on main level each with their own full bath. King bedroom has a tv with cable & DVD player. Queen bedroom has Roku TV.

3 additional bedrooms on the second floor. 1st bedroom has 2 doubles with Roku TV and dvd player. It shares a full "jack and jill" bathroom with the 2nd bedroom that has 2 twin beds. 3rd bedroom has 1 twin bed and has access to the "jack and Jill" bathroom through the other bedrooms.

Additional half bath on the main floor.

Washer & Dryer

Gas grill at the house.

7 night minimum during peak season. Check in is Saturday at 4 pm, check out is Saturday 10 am.

No smoking, no pets. Must be 25 or older to rent.

Guest must provide linens, can provide recommendation upon request. Sheets required (king, queen, 3 twins, and 2 doubles)

Occupancy limit is 11, additional guests (regardless of age) may be able to be accommodated for an extra fee.

Guest have available 2 parking spaces in driveway and 3 in front of house (1 spot per bedroom, total of 5 spots). Please use these spots before using other available street parking. There is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.

The outside is dated but the inside was nice. I didn't take any of the outside because it was so outdated compared to the rest of the houses on the street!

We love staying in Bear Trap.This was our 6th consecutive annual summer vacation in Bear Trap and our bedt yet!I am so happy we found this rental.The location is on a quiet street not far from the comminity pool and golf club.The host was very easy to reach throughout our stay. I am looking forward to renting this same location again next year.

Family golf and games getaway!

This home was the best appointed home we have ever rented in Bear Trap. Blankets, books, TVs, and the kitchen had everything we needed to put out a huge family dinner. We were 8 adults staying in the house then my neice and her family joined us for dinner on Sat night. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend this house!!

Very enjoyable vacation

Couldn’t ask for more in a vacation home. Our whole family enjoyed our time. Great location and well stocked kitchen. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. We had 5 adults, a teen, an 11,6 and 3 year old. Lots of extras to use in garage if you forget your chairs etc. Jackie

Perfect house for a family

This house has everything we needed for a family beach vacation! Beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, a toy closet upstairs, books etc. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the pool and playground too. Would definitely stay here again!

A Full Service Property

This house has everything from bikes, games, beach chairs, a beautiful screened in porch, and more kitchen appliances and table ware that one could think of. Two master bedrooms on the first floor, and three bedrooms upstairs made it perfect for our family. Plus the owner responded to all of our questions within minutes and was very helpful. We can’t wait to rent it again.

Last trip of the summer

We did a short trip to cap off our summer with my family and my sisters, we have stayed in a two home in the same neighborhood before but decided this year we needed more room. This house was beautiful!!! And just as described. My sister and I actually enjoyed that it was decorated for fall. The pumpkins everywhere in the house and it was just lovely, we felt just like we were at home. I had reached out for a few questions and was always answered promptly. We are looking forward to booking again next year! Thanks for the wonderful memories

Bear Trap @ Ocean View Stay

This location, centered between OC and Rehoboth, is super convenient. We enjoyed Bethany Beach as well as the inlet beach. Enjoyed shopping, restaurants, arcades, rides, golf, the swimming pool and fitness rooms. The house easily accommodated our multi-generational family. Plenty of Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, lawn games, kids toys and bikes for summer fun. Cooking was a breeze in the well equipped kitchen and the second fridge in the garage was great for keeping all the beverages cold. This place checked all the boxes for our family.

The Perfect Beach House

We had a wonderful stay. Everything about the property was clean and spacious- it felt like an oasis from everyday life while we were there. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was plenty of room for our group of 10 to enjoy meals together around the table. There was also plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy quiet in different areas of the house when we wanted some down time. The neighborhood was great for walking and running, and it was close enough to the beach to make daily travel there a breeze, but far enough away to have plenty of trees and a quiet neighborhood feel. Marisa was super easy to work with, attentive to detail, and very prompt in replying whenever I reached out. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 3 children under 3 years of age. We had plenty of space for everyone. Each family had plenty of storage space and their own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with plates, glasses, mugs and pots and pans. The appliances were great, including the large washer and dryer. We enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch. We have a very active family and enjoyed walking to and from the pavilion for the fitness room, pool, and basketball courts. Marissa, the host was easy to work with. She was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Weekend Beach House

Loved staying here. Plenty big for family and friends. Lots of spaces to hang out - including a screened-in porch! You have to bring your own towels, sheets, and paper products, but we were aware of this a week in advance. Might be more difficult for folks flying in.

No TV spotty internet

Rain first day and a half so stayed inside. No TV and internet on and off. Owner tried to help. Mediacom came day before we left and fixed main tv. Bedroom still did not work Roku in one bedroom but couldnt find the remote. Some ants in bathroom sinks. Nice selection of pantry items and cleaning/kitchen items.
